If you call the phone line it will redirect you to the Louisville branch. Who are actually extremely nice and helpful, it's a... shame they're not managing the local store. If you somehow manage to get ahold of the Oxford branch, they will spend three hoursnot knowing where your order is and just keep delaying you. Then cancel the order because they got too confused. I've triedordering three times in the last six months and every single one has been delayed by hours, cancelled, or I've been told they'regoing to deliver the next day. Visiting town and was very excited to get cookies, which turned into a let down. Worker asked if we could "hurry up with our... order" as he was backed up with delivery orders to fill. He seemed to be working alone and was incredibly rude. They were out ofmany of the cookies they had, which is why we had to contemplate our order so hard, and the cookies didn't even taste good inthe end. Had I not been with others I would have left without completing my order. I will NOT be going back. Read more
We stopped in twice on a three day weekend trip. Fantastic cookies and ice cream. Absolutely worth the stop. We can't speak to... the delivery, but in store was great. Slow due to covid rules of one group in the store at a time. Read more
