Walked into this jimmy johns and the workers look like death. Was not terribly loud but the manager proceeded to come out and... yell at the top of his lungs for no reason. No class. Then I wasn?t aware my sandwich was ready and the same guy who i assume isthe manager yelled at me and said THANK YOU freshman. Totally uncalled for. Read more
Ordered at 9:03 pm. It's 10:18 and still not here. It's been "out for delivery" with fifteen other orders for half an hour.... Don't waste your time unless you're planning on being hungry for a sandwich in a few hours. Read more
I placed my online order at 11:30am today. It is now 3:15pm and I still do not have my food. I've talked to the store 3 times... and I'm still waiting. He offered to cancel my order, but I told him no, as I needed lunch. Still, I wait. I am a frequentcustomer and they often deliver to our office. I haven't received an apology, credit or anything. I know it's a busy day in acollege town, but 4 hours is not "freaky fast". I am now cancelling the order. So disappointing! To follow up on my review, Ijust cancelled my order and they are giving me a credit and I did receive an apology. Read more
This location SUCKS. Not only have they screwed up my order multiple times and consistently take over an hour to deliver one... sandwich, but this time they were out of kickin ranch and did not bother to tell me (I had to call to figure this out) and theyslathered my #5 in mayonnaise which it is not supposed to have. it also only had salami on it none of the other meats. do betterits literally a lunch meat sandwich. I am almost positive they just sit there for an hour, wait for enough orders to roll through for delivery and THEN decide it's... worth the hassle of driving out for the delivery. I have been waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. I called concerned they forgotmy order, and they said yeah he has it in his car with 4 other orders so he should be on the way. Mind you this was an hour and15 minutes in to waiting. I really don't understand how they think this is acceptable when they are a LUNCH MEAT READY TO GOBUSINESS!!!! Read more
had some pretty Bad experiences but understood for a college fast food restaurant. definitely had to call a few times after... ordering food for delivery and received a rude comment as if I should be waiting on them. Wish they had better customer service!and they need to change the freaky fast catchphrase because it?s freaking slow!! if I want to order something I need to do it atleast two hours before I?m actually hungry! I placed a delivery order at 7:30pm on a Sunday night. The tracker said out for delivery at 8:00pm with it to be left at my... door. By 8:30pm I called and asked what had happened. The person on the other end said they gave the driver 8 orders to deliverand that it should be there "eventually". We waited until 8:50pm then called again. The person was now rudely saying that wereceived our order and that we just didn't look hard enough at our doorstep. They then said they would make it again and send itout quickly. Now it is 9:28pm and I just got off the phone with the store after "yep" to my request. Normally I don't like toleave bad reviews but this experience was just dismal and really turned me off of ordering again. Read more
