Usually eat here a few times a month. Third time in as many weeks we ordered a pizza and crazy bread, with each time the pizza... being terrible. We used to love the ?hot and ready? but these last few times the pizza was very bad and crazybread so hard itprobably was hours old. If I could give a lower score I would. They were rude, food was not even warm. Changing the 1 start to 4 stars after todays... service. Everyone was extra nice, and they were slammed. Food came out within a few minutes, even with all of the other ordersand customers coming in. Read more
Server was not at all friendly when I entered the store. Seemed annoyed that I was ordering pizza. Touched cash register and... cell phone, scratched her head, then proceeded to put ungloved dirty hands into toppings to make pizzas. Pizza was not cut, sowe had to wait to eat until we got home to realize pizza. I don't have high expectations of little Caesars, but this wasterrible. Read more
Worst. Little Ceasers. Ever. Melissa the "manager" is rude and has zero customer service skills. They canceled my order 2... minutes before it was supposed to be delivered because they were out of one topping. Didn't call, so after waiting an hour forour food it was canceled and when I called to complain she was rude, told me I could stick my complaint where the sun don'tshine and hung up on me. Read more
We bought 3 pizzas and 2 liter of pepsi but when it was delivered we were missing 1 of the pizzas and the Pepsi. I spent 30... min. with customer services and was told they could not deliver the other pizza or the pepsi but they would refund the money. Ithas been a week and we have not received a refund. We highly disappointed with the services we received at this place and Ihighly recommend going else where for your take out. Read more
Oxford, NC - I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered three "hot n ready" pepperoni pizzas and one "hot n ready" slices and... sticks pizza. Waited 40 minutes!! Everyone else that came in was served immediately and were given pizzas out of the hot n readybox immediately. Except for one other guy in there that only ordered ONE "hot n ready" pizza, he also had to wait. The staff wasrude, lazy, discriminating, and neglectful. The amount of "hot n ready" pizzas that went out that door for everyone elsecould've completed our order three times over. Would not recommend going here unless you enjoy being discriminated against andbeing made to wait for something that's already ready. What I WOULD recommend, however, is an entire staff overhaul!!!
