Age discrimination, plus was there for a doordash order that wasn't showing up on their side the manager said I had to confirm... pickup to make the order show up on their side. I had kind of just gave up on McDonald's. It had totally changed everything, it's appearance, menu, even made the restaurants a... little over the top in my opinion. I felt like they were trying to turn into the "Starbucks" of fast food. It was all just tomuch in my opinion. But this McDonald's, as "Starbuckish" as it may be, the staff were super friendly, welcoming, and cheerful.Got my order quickly. Great experience! Read more
This was hands down my WORST experience with a restaurant in my life. We were literally TRAPPED in the drive thru due to the... design , for 45 MINUTES. We missed an important event, received no receipt, no napkins, and the girl who gave us our foodLAUGHED at my husband when he answered her "how was your experience" with "horrible." We will not visit ANY McDonald's locationagain. I will get gas station coffee if I have to. I'm a Door Dash driver and most of my deliveries are in Oxford. McDonalds is the busiest restaurant in Oxford. They are open 24... hours and slow times are rare. After watching these people for a couple of years, I decided to see if I could work there and beas productive, efficient, and work 8 hours at the near speed of light pace as the experienced employees do. I applied, washired, and quit after only working a little more than 2 months. The employees at McDonalds need to be praised not chastised. Sowhether you're in your car doing the drive thru gig, ordering in the lobby, or picking up a delivery order, don't forget tothank them and praise them for doing such a good job. And if there's a mistake in your order, or the lines are long and they'replaying catch up please don't fret. Breathe slowly and deeply and let noradrenaline in and keep adrenaline contained. Ordered through Uber Eats and the food was completely horrible. First time ordering from this McDonald's just moved here. Fries... were cold, nuggets weren't fresh, double quarter pounder was cold too. Only thing that was descent was the Sweet tea andblueberry muffin. Read more
In the mornings they are usually pretty busy but can move through the line quickly, its night time I would avoid. As a Doordash... driver its not uncommon to have to wait 20-30 minutes to pick up an order, especially after 10pm where everything else in Oxfordis closed. The bacon egg and cheese bagels are amazing and I'm so glad they're back for now. They definitely rival the breakfastbagel from Bagel and Deli. Read more

Well the bagels were kinda burnt and they did not put on Holland sauce. Regular biscuit sandwich's are wonderful. I will give... them five stars anyway of the week over Texas Road House. Read more
