Phan Shin is my soul food! I grew up in Oxford and can testify that Phan Shin is amazing. The staff is polite and friendly. The... dining area is comfortable and clean. And you?ll probably never wait more than 15 or 20 minutes for your food. Everything on themenu is delicious and priced fairly. WOW!!! I couldn't believe how good this place is. I wish I would have taken a picture of the crab dragons (6) of them. Man... were they good!!! (Appetizers). I had the Coconut Cream Shrimp for dinner. I was super impressed with this meal. Read more
In the last year, I have become somewhat of a regular at Phan Shin, and I believe it is the best Chinese food in Oxford and... probably my favorite Chinese restaurant overall. The food is always delicious, and the prices are reasonable (especially whencompared to some competitors in the area). Yvonne and Lorita (sorry if I misspelled her name) are always so friendly and made mefeel welcome on my first visit and certainly have on the many that I have followed. Great food and atmospheres. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was temperature of the food. Egg rolls were cold in the... middle and our entree wasn't the normal wok hot. Medium warm at best. Read more

Excellent service! Great food. The chef came out to our table to make sure the custom curry order was what I wanted and made a... couple of suggestions. Service was the best. Recommend the Thai curry, sweet and sour chicken, drunken noodles - the potstickers and egg roll also very good. The portions were big and the prices very reasonable - great value. Read more
