Every time I go there, the staff is friendly and I get my order pretty fast even when they are busy.
Good, but tiny, starbucks without a drive through. Never had anything that wasn't made properly here, and the staff is always... friendly, even when being slammed with lines out the door. You're never treated as an inconvenience. Read more
Did not have a very good experience here. I mobile ordered ahead and had to wait an hour OUTSIDE for my entire order which was a... total of 2 items. I went in the store a first time to ask where my order was and received nothing. I went back outside to waitfor 30 more minutes. My mobile order still did not come out so I went back inside again. Because of COVID restrictions, I wasnot able to get my drink from the pickup counter. My drink was sitting on the counter but I could not grab it because it was upto the girl doing the mobile orders. All in all, my experience at this starbucks was not good at all, and I was about to walkout without my order because I did not want to wait any longer. Read more
My bad customer service experience: I ordered a Honey Citrus Mint Tea and received a Chai tea, so I called to pickup the correct... order. Instead of applying this easy fix, the employee I spoke to, told me: ?We had to give you a defense tea because we soldout, but we have it now.? (This made zero sense because how could they be sold out of something then have it 10 minuteslater?) I reiterated saying that I was given a Chai tea and if I could pick up my correct order which she replied to bysaying: ?Well there are a lot of orders under your name this morning you picked up the wrong one.? I told the employee that thelabel had my exact order and she told me she could not hear me and hung up. (See images) While yes, I do like Starbucks coffeethere are also many other competing coffee brands that are as good. They get busy in between classes. Order on the app if you're worried about time. Love the design. Very cozy
