Every time I come to this Starbucks Sarah is ALWAYS RUDE. She always seems like she has something else better to be doing and... taking my order is a inconvenience. I asked Sarah a question to make sure the drink on the counter was my drink and the responseI got was ?I have no idea? and just walked away annoyed at my very simple question. Not sure the ladies name from this morning. She wasn?t wearing a name tag nor did she give me a receipt. But she is rude and... nasty to customers! Middle aged lady with brown hair. How was I supposed to know they were out of something? She was so nasty tome about it when I would have had absolutely no way of knowing and it?s not like there was a sticker on the menu that saidtemporarily out of stock. Two days in a row driving 45 minutes round trip to get coffee here and they close at 1pm. What's the point of having a Starbucks... in a grocery store if it's open less than half the store's operating hours? Read more

I went to get a strawberry lemonade refresher today and Caiden and Mackenzie took my order and made my drink. It was the best... experience I?ve had at any Starbucks! They were so friendly and very helpful when giving me recommendations! It was quick, andthe atmosphere was great! Read more
