During my experience the associate working was great and excellent service, however she was alone and with no help.
Best place to get healthier food that doesn't taste like cardboard
I was simply picking up a uber eats order & the lady that was working was really nice. I was in & out in 5 minutes.

Said hours were updated 4days ago by the owner, 8am-10pm. Arrived at 9 to the store closed. Womp womp.
Ordered online. Sandwiches were made wrong (not only wrong because of our request, but, completely wrong off their own menu) and... because of that were soggy and falling apart. Sent a complaint and received an apology email.... didn't offer to make it right,or, fix our sandwiches... just "I'm sorry, we'll try harder next time." While the food at this subway location is on par with that of any other location, the service was easily the worst I have... experienced at any Subway location yet. I walked in at 8:15pm, and there were 4 people in front of me in line. After waiting 10minutes (a bit long for only having 4 people in front of me), I got to the front of the line, and upon making numerous requests,was repeatedly told 'we're actually out of that'. They made the excuse that it was because they were closing soon. However, Iwould think that with over half an hour to go before closing, and several people waiting to order, they would try to keep thingsstocked. Upon finally finding something they had available, the production worker named Kylie at the start of the productionline took an excessively long time to put together my sub. The reason? Because she kept talking to her coworker, telling her howshe really needed a cigarette. All told, it took me 15 minutes to get my sandwich and I left without even getting the sandwich Icame in to buy. Very disappointed. Read more
Great good. Excellent staff. Although the staff misunderstood me. I asked for one sandwich got 2 but no problems there.
