Currently sick with covid so I had my dad stop to get me food and I ordered through the app. The app messed up my order but the... manager was kind enough to fix my order. Prior to this, I've very rarely had a bad experience with the staff which makes anyexperience much more enjoyable. Read more
Not friendliest people working there. Didn't give me a receipt then asked for one gave me wrong receipt. When got my food went... and parked to eat sandwiches were literally thrown together and forgot my sauce for my kids chicken nuggets. Get your acttogether ni wonder I go to willow street mcdonalds. Cheese on the double cheeseburger was not melted and cold. And the french fries were cold.
Don?t normally write bad reviews but this was horrible. Messed up the same order 3 times. Ordered value meal, no fries, happy... meal had 4 nuggets not 6, no sauce, and they had to come check MY receipt to see what I ordered- and still got it all wrong!Will be going across the street from now on. Sandwiches were warm not hot and the spicy chicken sandwich was in pieces inside the bag and sauce was everywhere in... bag. Hamburger was warm had extra mustard which I didn't ask for, but the chicken nuggets were good. Read more

Every time I ask for no ketchup... Let's put the one thing they don't want and leave out everything they do, mustard, onions,... pickle... This is literally every time... You had one job. Anytime I try to go near close I wait in the drive through for nearten minutes until either they shut all the lights off and ignore me, like just now, or tell me they are closed ten or fifteenminutes before they close. We stopped at Oxford McDonald's after doing laundry around 11pm. The service was horrible, didn't get what we ordered right... everything was nasty and cold the chicken nuggets were old and so were the fries.
