Used to go here often but because of a downturn in service and food I haven't been in many years. Got out of a movie a little... late and wanted something to eat and knew they were still open so figured why not. Our server George was good. Personable andalways checking on us. The food... Still eh. Had to wait awhile for parts of it and what we got (appetizers and a sandwich toshare) weren't really good. Warm to going cold (except for the last appetizer that was clearly just taken out and given to us). Beer was still good though. Read more
The customer service from a couple employees was rough and the food could use some improvement. The appetizer and main dish... practically arrived the same time after waiting about 15 minutes for chips and the guacamole had super thick slices to it. Chipswere pretty stale. Customer service needs improvement. Server prioritized other tables and felt ignored from otheremployees. Pizza was good though but it's not enough to come back. Read more
The poke, boneless wings and other appetizers I got with the table were really tasty and the service was fast and efficient even... though it was late and there were only a few tables left. I've also gotten to-go from them in the past and my order is alwaysperfect. Good stuff ???????? Read more
Had lunch here this past week. Haven't been to BJ's for probably 5 years. The service was outstanding! While I get that... places are having a hard time hiring help, the help they have here is great. The server and greeter were so polite andattentive. The food was good, but the service was better. Will definitely go again before 5 years passes Read more
I don't know if they're understaffed or not. But service was slow. We were sat pretty quickly, but the waiter didn't seem to... have time to ask us how our food was. Nor did they ask if we needed more drinks. Beers were really good (what little we had),but the food was pretty average. Lastly, they didn't accept my gift card. Allegedly, the manager said it didn't work. Despitethe card having a card# and pin #. Overall, could have been a better experience if service was up to par. Read more

This location is great! We came on a Sunday evening for dinner & even though they were quite busy, the whole staff was very... friendly and always kept checking in. Despite having to wait quite a bit for the food- it WAS WORTH IT! A good thing to rememberis: If you want good food, than ya need to understand you may have to wait cause everyone wants good food!
