I travel all over for work and I love Everything about Buffalo Wild Wings, but at home, the Oxnard location is the closest and... it sucks, maybe because when home I take my beautiful African girlfriend, I don?t understand, 3rd time, all bad, service is theworst ever, everything is dirty, never offered a drink refill, no ketchup or any sauces even offered for the potato wedges,unreal??? The waitress was very kind and patient. They have great service overall. The manager Donovan has amazing customer service and... will make sure you leave the restaurant happy and content. My family and I will be going back because of how well our visitwent. Read more
We've been avoiding coming here because of the reviews. Well we finally decided to take a chance and I'm glad we did! We were... seated, taken our order and got our food and drinks all within 35mins. Service was good,place was clean,everyone looked busy,noone standing around on their phone like other reviews stated. The server came back to check on us a few times. I was verypleased. Worst experience ever. Was oit to dinner with friends and everyone got their food except me. Took over an hour to get a burger... in which i never got. When i first asked about my food as everyone else got theres the server said it was cause they are busy.The resturand was at most 1/3 full. Then finally i was brought the wrong burger. So i told the waitress to bring me the check.And that im not paying for a burger i didn't get. At wich point she got the manager who then accused us of cursing at thewaitress who supposedly was out back crying and told us to "have a heart" because their burger cook just quit right then. The worst service from Jessica, my daughter?s wings were completely dry no sauce at all, the wings were soooo hard and crunchy... you couldn?t eat them, they tasted horrible like they just reheated them, when we ordered our drinks Jessica said ?just to letyou know your drinks are a separate fee? like we don?t know that. Finally my order came completely wrong, I ordered lemonpepper fries, I got regular, I ordered 6 wings I got 10 and they were expecting to charge me for the 10. Food was great but we all came home feeling sick and had diarrhea the next day. Trying to pinpoint what we all ate that could... have been bad but we believe that they did not sanitize their tables or menus because even my toddler felt the same way. Justwanted to share my experience in case more people felt the same way and they need to be aware of this negligence in Sanitation! Read more
It?s always a great time over at BWW. We did get there before the dodger game started. Bar seating was full so we did wait quite... some time to be seated indoors. We then proceeded to wait even longer to get our drink order in. So that?s the only reason I?mgiving it 4 starts. The gal serving us finally showed up and said she was unaware she would be our server. Maybe a little morecommunication amongst the workers would be better. So when our drink order was taken we didn?t want to chance it on waiting evenlonger. Food was served fairly quickly, was fresh and hot. Drinks followed, game started and Dodgers won. Overall it was a goodday. Don?t know if I will return though. I do understand everyone is short staffed but it could have a bit better customerservice. Read more
Buffalo Wild Wings here in Oxnard was pretty off the other night. It was a bit after 10pm when we came inside and they don?t... close till 12am. The entire dining room was already shut down and the outside area. No one ever greeted us near the door inside,no one ever sat us or acknowledge use for quite some time. Another guest had come in and said maybe we just sit ourselves, so wedid that. And still no one from the restaurant came over to help us or talk to us. We were looking at the QR menus on our phonesand maybe 25mins passed and finally a waitress came over took our drink order and gave use some paper menus. The place wasn?tbusy at all yet the food and the service took extremely long the entire night. A total of 5 of us sat and ate. Food was verysubpar the other night, tasted kinda old and over cooked and cold somehow. We ordered some tots, one with chicken and one withbrisket and they had maybe 2 ounces of meat on the item. The waitress was still doing her best, seemingly alone and was kind butwe didn?t get out of there till maybe right at 12am. Definitely don?t recommend this place any time soon and I won?t be back tothis location willingly for some time either. Please do better cause the food used to be pretty decent here and the service.
