This is a sketchy spot, there's been a stabbing, tons of homeless everywhere, inside & outside! The clerk inside appears to... welcome in to do his side work as he stands there & chit chats w/friends. He so rude, surprised he's still there but in thisday & age when employees are hard to come by I completely get it! For the over priced negative experience surprised the ownershaven't been more attentive to this problem! Avoid @ all cost, there's a sinclair that's cheaper! Read more
Had to wait outside so the employee could smoke a ciggarette before he would lwt me in. I only had to go in because the recipt... wouldn't print at the pump. I used to go here on the regular to fill my car tanks and get car wash once a week. I think I willfind a more professional place to spend my money. Read more
8 out of 10 times when I come in to fill up there is no liquid in the squeggee container or paper towel. Bone dry and every... time I come in to tell the person it?s the same woman. This time I apparently I was the second person to come in and tell herso she told me to not come in next time. WHAT!? Okay no problem. Avoid the 7 dollar worth car wash because they use dirty water and stain your windows (more work). The car wash cubicle itself... is outdated, old and it?s parts clearly visible so dirty with decade old filth of Oxnard...come on Oxnard needs some betterspots than this age old franchise with no concept in innovation. An their vacuum...ghhhrgh....bad???????? You see you wantyour money worth however much it cost...this is nonsense. Read more
Been going here for 15 years, never a single complaint! Love the staff, bathrooms are clean and product always on hand.
I use this car wash regularly. I get the basic wash for 7 dollars . Fast and efficient nothing fancy but good enough for me .
Car wash broken, they don't close it and then get made because you purchase a wash. Do your job and either close it or fix it.... Instead of getting upset with customers. Read more
Staff are very rude and seem to be lazy. Every time I go into the store they have a horrible attitude and the bathrooms are... always mysteriously out of order. Even when I asked if I could use the second ?employee? restroom to simply change into a pairof shorts I was told no because ?everyone would see and they would ask to use it too.? I was the only person in the store.Customer service is seriously lacking here. They were better off having Eric work here but they decided to let their bestemployee go. Ridiculous. Read more
