I always ordered from here with no problems but today idk who the delivery man was or if was he but this man delivered my dinner... to thr wrong address!!! I am so upset I placed the on the app and the man can't even deliver it to the correct place?! When Icalled the little girl that answered was more concerned why I had her on speaker. I got the worst experience with domino's pizza ,first off my pizza is missing the topping I payed for $$ ,so they promised to... give me no trouble and put me on their credit section so I can receive 2 pizzas free for the next time I order but what do youknow' my name is not in the credit section,ND the best the other managers can offer is 20% off .!!!!....... should of offer freewings +Extra 3topping on my Pizzas for having missing topping on my pizza previous order,very disappointed took several timesfor manager to correctly confirm my phone number didn't seem compatible with the numbers I said as the manager kept mistakingit... And said I would have to wait till the other manager comes back to confirm the credit...but then how can I trust theservice I'm be receiving anything at all !!! Good pizza after 24 hours Domino?s pizza is very grease so I always wait one day to eat it.
I had never been to this location before. My dad was in town and placed the order here. I just have to say all the crew was very... welcoming and carried great tones. They all were multitasking and hustling to get orders out. They remained hard working andhelpful even while dealing with a challenged customer while I was there. I received a gift card from my job and decided to give dominos a try again?.I recently moved to Oxnard from Woodland Hills and I... wrote dominos off a long time ago because the pizza?s were dry and thin?just not good. Well this location knows how to make apizza!!! I?ve ordered during slow times and peak busy days/hours and have not been disappointed.
