Awful awful service for delivery people. They made the mistake of giving the order to the wrong person and did nothing to fix... it. The staff need to be trained on proper customer service. My customer that was supposed to receive the order will never goback. I will never go back. I can not believe how rude and unhelpful the employees were. Not even the manager would help thesituation. All I can say is they must have done it on purpose. There's no other excuse. I can assure this chicken was headed for the trash... when lucky me pulled up to the drive thru. Not to mention I not only asked for salsa, but reminded the guy of the last time Iwas there, I asked and they forgot, he said I'll get it now so I don't forget, and when I got the bag I checked for the salsaand it wasn't there, fact is I should have been look at the quality of the chicken. The chicken was at least yesterday's if notlast week's. Way to go guys, you just chased off another weekly customer. Read more

I love El Pollo Loco. The chicken is tasty and not fatty at all. I usually get rice and black beans for the sides and I love... them. There are two things I have to complain about though: 1. Their avocado sauce was too watery and not as good as it has beenbefore 2. I had to repeat the sides to the cashier a few times because I was not been understood, don?t know how you getbroccoli from black beans Experience was good though and food was great.
