I have the El Pollo Loco App and I wanted to use one of their coupons and I was at the drive thru window and the server didn't... scan the bar code on the app right and when I couldn't get the bar code back on the app to try it again, she gave me attitudeand didn't want to give me my discount. If you make an order CHECK IT before leaving. I made a two meal order online also ordering churros. The churros had NO SUGAR AND... NO CINNAMON. The leg and thigh meal has the smallest over cooked chicken you would ever find. Not happy at all with thislocation. There is a certain level of food quality expected from El Pollo Loco.
