This review is regarding a server named Alyssa or Alissa. Tonight around 6:30/7 p.m. myself and three children went to eat at... the Olive Garden located in Oxnard CA. She was very rude. She appeared bothered as soon as she started taking our order. She wasvery condesending. I even caught her rolling her eyes at us as she turned the corner. I teach my children to always use pleaseand thank you which I lead by example. I assure you we did nothing wrong. She was upset as soon as she asked what we wanted todrink. she aggressively picked up our plates and as she turned the corner it sounded like she threw the plates down. Shortlyafter that another server named Patty came and asked us if we needed anything. She was very sweet. After this another servercame named Cesar he was also very kind and professional and made us feel welcomed. I asked where our server went and he statedshe's helping out in the back. Shortly after I saw her walk passed our table to help another table. Not once making eye contactwith me or telling me that our servers were going to change. So I asked to speak to the manager (Adam.) I explained the entiresituation to him and he was very apologetic. He even threw in some dessert. It was a shame that we had to go through thisexperience. I am extremely confused as to why this server thought it was ok to mistreat us the way she did. I truly hope thatshe gets more training so that others do not have to experience this type of behavior or if she dislikes serving people maybeshe should look for another job. Read more

It was our sister's 83rd birthday and she was so happy we brought her to Olive Garden Oxnard. They were attentive pleasant and... we had the best service from a young man. Food was fantastic. Please give them a try. Read more

Good ambience.. very nice service.. biggest bummer... NO PIZZA... barely any vegetarian or vegan options. We ordered "build your... own pasta" for $13.99 and wanted some veggies.. pasta was okay.. barely any 5 cheese sauce in it.. when we got the bill.. theycharged us EXTRA $15 for just veggies.. I really like this olive garden location. The food is great as expected and the endless salad and bread sticks are fantastic.... Our server was Frank and he was fantastic! He was very polite, attentive, and overall very friendly. We had a great time here.Highly recommended. Read more

Great place for a drink! Bar was remodeled since my last visit. Did not have any food but always loved the tour of Italy!!!

I ordered the shrimp scampi because I wasn't feeling like a marinara meal. This was a really good dish! I especially liked it... because it was lighter but still filling. The checkout process here is perfect for a large group splitting the checks! Read more
