The food tasted like it was under a heat lamp all day. Fried pieces of chicken were soggy and chewy. The flavor is monotone,... everything tastes the same. My entire family was disappointed with their selections. They should have a drive through, as thatwould be appropriate. Read more

Edit: Business does NOT follow up on contact form. Various experiences: 1. Food was good but not 50 minutes after you told me... 20 minutes good. 2. Decided to not include one of the items in my takeout order. 3. Actually good 4. Substituted items withoutnotice 5. I'm upgrading this review because honestly maybe someone has listened at this location because things have been betterlately. However, with the ban on single use plastics here in CA, apparently I now have to ask for chopsticks, a wood product,when this place serves takeout orders in a large single use plastic container. I don't know what is going on there. The food is usually made quickly and is served hot. We went the other day and it took... over 30 minutes to get our to go order. We literally watched the employee look thru the orders and then Only take the smallorders. People who came in 20+ minutes after us were leaving with food. When i went to the counter to ask about our order theysaid they were just waiting on a chicken dish. We finally got the order, went home, and the only item in our family meal thatwas hot was the one chicken dish. This is really disappointing, they finally got their kitchen going great (no more burntfood), and we were so happy. Now there are new people and it's terrible. Guess we'll just wait for the new Panda Express toopen and start going there.?? Read more
Pick Up Stix needs to pick it up again. Because as of several months ago, the food was amazing and super tasty and a solid fast... Chinese franchise. The last few times? Um? Well their staff is nice, I guess. But their food is all jacked up. The flavors areweird and different. The soda and teas are over-sweetened. I left feeling highly unsatisfied. Given the labor issues and supplychain stuff, is it safe to say that Pick Up Stix has fallen to tough times? Yeah, I?m willing to pick up again in 6 months ifthey can get it together. So hope your manager and/or owner reads this and does something about it. I would give 2 and halfstars. But I?ll be a little generous with my 3. Pick up Fix! Read more
