This place needs more friendlier staff. Bartender (with tattoo sleeve) spent most of his time chatting it up with his friends... and on his cell phone rather than assisting customers sitting at the bar. Food runner was bothered when we asked her for thesides of ranch we paid for. Pizza quality was bad. Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza. Seemed like they forgot to add thesausage before cooking our pizza. Sausages were cold and fell off from every slice. Ordered buffalo wings which were extremelyhard and dry on the inside. I?m sure this was due to all the young employees we saw coming out of the kitchen. Might want tohire staff with actual cooking experience. not sure if there was a manager on duty. Telling a group of individuals with disabilities "Go anywhere but here." is probably not how the manager should run a... business. We come every week and buy food from here. The tables outside were closed and it was drizzling so we asked if wecould sit inside. The friendly worker said sure and he was cleaning so when he got to our section he would let us know. We saidwe would move out of his way to let him do his job and we would be happy to move to the sections that he was done with. He wasgood with that. When he got to our section the manager told us to leave. We said sure and asked where to move to so we could beout of the way and reminded her that the outside area was closed for maintenance. She sent us away and told us to "Go anywherebut here." with an attitude as if we weren't paying customers and we're a burden to her day. It was around lunch time. Shereturned to a table outside where she was sitting and laughing with another staff member. I'll be sure to let the other teamsand the state service providers know rather than having us sit at another table she preferred the disabled group to sit outsidein the cold in the rain. Read more
Bartender literally looked at me, started texting, looked down at her phone and looked back up hoping I was not there. Stood... there for 5 minutes while she served other people. Do not recommend at all. Trashy servers, trash service. Read more
First of all the costumer service was horrible. They took 30 min for some nasty wings. And to make things better they gave me my... soda before my food was ready. So my soda was warm by the time I ate. Disgusting horrible food and horrible service do not gothere. Read more
Pizzas are delicious and today we tried their calzone and subs, amazing as well, pastrami sub was extremely salty though. So... glad they opened at The Collection. The best is to call ahead for pickup, our food was still piping hot and didn't have to waitlong to pay and pickup our food Read more

Been here twice with children and one without. When we came here without children we decided to sit at the bar it was our first... time there, the bartender still havent greeted us so we decided to order on the kiosks for food then after 20 mins she came andwas like "would you like anything to drink?" Like as if we didn't order anything already I was already annoyed with her attitudeso we didn't stay their too long also I accidentally spilled my drink and bartender didn't say anything and remade my drink butdidn't pour the beer in the cup. Okay now 2nd time with a child. Ordered from the kiosks and ordered a kids personal pizza Iremembered adding it to the order but apparently when it got to the kitchen it was no where on the order receipt we were on atime crunch and I asked if they can make it really quick and the girl said you habe to order it on the kiosks I can't do it foryou.
