The orange chicken wasn’t so bad it was a little soggy. The chicken on a stick was DELICIOUS. The Chow mein wasn’t my... favorite ???? it’s was very plain and I wouldn’t eat it again. The fried rice was also DELICIOUS. The spicy chicken withpotatoes was super good. Overall I would go here again since it’s in a walking distance from my home but I would rather eatHappy Panda. Food was awful! Sorry but no kinda of flavor. The chow mein was gummy. The rice is pale no veggies fried with turmeric maybe?... The dumplings tasted like cleaning over spray. When I first walked in everything was clean especially during this pandemic. All the staff there were friendly. They made me... feel welcomed the food there was delicious the orange chicken and cream cheese macaroons are my favorites in the place. Saw a tweet on twitter about the opening on this place so I decided to give it a shot. The restaurant was clean and the food is... on display so you can see the selection however the food on display looked like it had been sitting there for quite some time.It did not look very appetizing but I still decided to give them a try. I bought two plates, two spring rolls and 8 dumplings.For $25 worth of food I can say the food was a complete disappointment. Spring rolls were dry and stale and the dumplings wereextremely soggy. For the two plates I ordered chowmein for both, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The chowmein gives a weirdafter taste and the orange chicken is gummy like, the teriyaki chicken has a horrible after taste. My brother and I wereextremely disappointed and I felt horrible for taking him there instead of the place he originally wanted to go to which wasPanda Express. Out of all the chinese fast food places in oxnard this one is byfar the worst, idc what the local cholos on foodstamps say. It... had the Most bland rice, orange chicken and shrimp i have had! No taste! There are far superior places especially on saviers andchannel islands. Read more
