Ask for a Carmel frap they said they didn't have coffee! WHAT!
I've gone to this particular starbucks on a regular basis for the past 2 years. Today was the first day that my coffee was... wrong. Tasted burnt and wasn't drinkable. Thankfully I hadn't went home yet so I brought it back. I asked the staff to remake itand without hesitation they were more than happy to. Thank you so much to the staff here. Absolutely amazing!! I came here with my significant other and The drive thru lady told us that they were not participating in the Starbucks app... summer Tuesday 50% one drink deal. So after we left we called the surrounding Starbucks to confirm if it was true and they saidthat it wasn?t. I?m not sure why she would say that to us then? Because they weren?t even busy for her to feel rushed enough toshoo us away like that. Read more
The drive thru lady was so rude and told me I couldn?t apply my 50% off coupon on The summer Tuesday deal bc I allegedly needed... to buy two drinks to qualify. I showed her the app to clarify & she got so mad and passive aggressive with me. And to top it alloff the drink was made terribly. Don?t come here!!!! Save yourself a trip. Read more
Customer service was always great till today. I got there at 9:37 waited in the drive through I was almost going yo order and it... was exactly 10 when the person put the machine to say it was closed at least attend the customers who were waiting in linealready everyone left with anger as they were speeding out the drive through and there was originally 3 workers need to get moreworkers and have the line flowing faster or new workers Read more
