Come on, never been to a lazy staff starbucks like these. Staff lack motivation. Some tables are dirty and they've been there... for a minute, can't even spell a simple name right and the worst is that they were putting up drinks like nothing. No namescalled just go and grab so what if my drink/food goes missing? Hmm idk Read more

Waited about 15 minutes for two drinks, when there was 3 workers and no people in the dining area. The worker who was making the... drinks walked around and talked to her co worker the whole time instead of making the drinks. And the other two just stoodthere. I get having a conversation with a co worker but work as you go, especially if you only have 2 drinks to make. Itshouldn?t have taken that long. Do better Read more

The staff and drinks at this location are just the BEST. Everyone is so kind, happy, and positive. We?ve never had a bad drink... here. Today, we went to another location, and the drink was HORRIBLE, so we immediately made the drive over to this location, toorder new ones, and they remade it for me! I didn?t expect that, but thank you so much! We?re always coming to 5th and B.Appreciate you all so much! Read more

THE WORST CREW MEMBER IN THE MORNING IS JAY. 'I come every morning at 5 am to drink a non-caffeine hot peach tranquility tea... since I have PTSD and caffeine makes me very anxious and it can trigger my PTSD. I asked Jay politely and friendly (myself notJay) for a venti Peach tranquility. I noticed the tea smelled differently and was darker than usual. After the tea cooled off abit, I took a sip and realized it was the wrong tea, no worries I told myself. I told Jay that I had the wrong tea in anon-chalant kind of way, but Jay immediately became very defensive and even aggressive with me, saying "I gave you the righttea, I don't know what you mean" or something to that effect. He made me feel like a nuisance, he made me feel worse than asecond class citizen, he made me feel as if I had to beg AFTER I PAID for the right beverage Is this how Starbuck now during anincoming depression and with high inflation and devaluation of the dollar and competition treat their customers? as enemies?because I felt as if Jay though I was his enemy demanding a gold coin or a diamond, when all I wanted was a sincere apology, which by the way he never even offer at all not even as an intelligent person thinking about the consequences of his badbehavior. Shame on Jay for tarnishing the image of Starbucks. Did I mention that I am a Sephardic Jew? that I do my morningprayers every morning at this Starbucks with my kippah and tallit. Jay was disrespectful, rude, and discriminatory toward mebecause there is no other explanation for his behavior toward me from the beginning by giving me probably on purpose the wrongtea. I demand an investigation since I am contacting an attorney about this matter. May HaShem bless those who bless me mayHaShem curse those who curse me 777 times 7. Read more

It wasn't a spectacular experience. Nothing stood out. The wait time was a little longer than other Starbucks. The drinks were... made well. This is a quaint little Starbucks on my way to LA. Read more

Very upsetting when you take the time to order ahead just to find out that when you get there your drink is not ready and people... getting there after you ordering in person get their drinks way before you and way passed your promised time. I kept asking howmuch longer because I needed to get to work. I kept hearing is coming up ?you are next? but it was not happening. I endedleaving without my drink. If I would of know That it was going to take that long after my promised time I would of not orderit!! Read more

Worst service of any Starbucks ever. My husband brought home a white chocolate mocha and it taste aweful I looked inside and... it?s all milk. I had to drive back down there and walk inside and get a new coffee. They completely messed up my coffee and Ijust asked if I could get a free coffee the next time and the lady was completely rude to me from the moment I talked to her tothe time we left. She said well aren?t you ok with getting your money back which was not true. I have no idea what money she?stalking about. They just made a new coffee. Then my husband said I come her all the time and she said I?ve never seen you withattitude. Completely unexpected for Starbucks. Then she gave us $4 credit for a $5.25 coffee and was rude, smug andargumentative to us. I have no idea why she acted that way cause I?ve never had any Starbucks employee give us a problemespecially when I brought the coffee back in to show them it?s all milk and no coffee. If your having a bad day don?t take itout on the customer and if you mess up own up and take care of your customer. That?s great customer service. Read more
