I had to go to the register to get my mobile order. I was not aware my mobile order was ready since no one called my name. I had... to ask why it took half an hour to notice I had to go to the register. Usually you pick up at the same spot as everyone else andit?s not a hassle. Staff was very rude. Drive thru lines are usually not too bad in this location. And when they are long, the line moves pretty quick.

You have some of the best Baristas and workers here. I have gone to all Starbucks in Ventura County and I never have issues at... this location. There?s one worker in particular, Taylor I believe her name is, that is so sweet and generates so much positiveenergy when we go. It?s amazing. I appreciate it immensely especially as someone that deals with daily anxiety. I?ve always experienced shortages in something at this location. Which I understand. However, I don?t think being rude about it... is ok. I mobile ordered about 10 drinks, when I arrived to pick up at the pick up station. They said go to the line in thefront. Then I go to be brought back to the pick up station. Then they tell me ?we don?t have cup holders? and starts handing methe drinks. So I asked do you have an empty box or anything I can use to carry them and perhaps not have them fall as I?mdriving? He just looked at me with an annoyed face sighting and says no then walks away? also I asked for straws, as they wereall frappes and he hands me 4. I had 10 drinks! One was a hot beverage so I said can I have 9? And he again annoyed rolling hiseyes hands them to me. Then walks away. As I said I would understand they have shortages but why be rude about it. If thedrinks were only for me I would had asked them to refund. Also, everyone said their drink was just ice and didn?t taste like anycoffee or had much flavor other than ice and halfway filled with whipped cream. I thought that Starbucks did a big campaign about profiling and sensitivity training but the other day I went hiking and camping... and looked homeless I guess cause the bathroom was out of order and then I busted out my Starbucks card that tells me I'm agoldmember or something cause I drink so much coffee and bought my stuff and suddenly the bathroom was working, they fixed itwith their mind instantly or something, waste of time that sensitivity training, ha Read more

Went to the store at 8:30 p.m. at night dining room was closed at 8:00 p.m.. I cannot even go in to do what my pickup online... order which was already ready had to wait in line and the line had over 10 cars. I waited about 25 minutes just to get twodrinks that I already ready. Ridiculous not sure who's running the operations here but definitely not great customer service.Would not recommend Read more
