I've been a customer of this location for years, before Kyle was there. Unfortunately the customer service lately, in these... last 2 or 3 months, has decreased in quality. I understand we are all understaffed and there has been many new crew members thatjust joined. To my surprise it was someone that has been there longer who very rudely served my coffee. Sometimes it is betterto just stay home if we're having a bad day rather than going to work where you deal with the public. Hopefully she doesn'trespond rudely to anyone else. Read more
This specific one has a good amount of tables and chairs for everyone to sit and enjoy their drink or pastry. I've seen many... people doing work on a laptop or even papers laid out . This store also has a small bookshelf and offers a few books andmagazines for customers to enjoy during their visit. I went to redeem my birthday reward and They refused to redeem it. The cashier claimed that ?it would take to long to load!?... Seriously? Love going to this Coffee Bean! My everyday go to and they make the drinks exceptionally fast. The cashier, Dre is really nice... and has always has a positive attitude! She always helps me with my orders and shows her strong support for the military. Hergood sense of humor is something I always look forward too when I visit. Read more
