Experience wasn?t the greatest as it was a late night mobile order from the pickup window. Display of where your order was in... the process showed nicely on a screen near pickup window. But, pizza wasn?t ready until 20 mins after estimated time. Not tomention it was raining and having to wait outside for an order wasn?t pleasant. Overall &pizza never disappoints. For bonuspoints an employee walked by on the way into work and made sure people outside were being helped properly. Added a touch ofcustomer care indeed before even clocking in. Read more
I love &pizza and was excited to see one closer to me so of course I went and was really surprised by all the changes and new... investments in the community. I did a mobile order hoping my pizza would be waiting for me since is was about 15 minutes away. Iget there and again surprised by how nice the area is and how nice the new &pizza is. There was one person in there who had amobile order also and was sitting and waiting ????which was a bad sign ????because it didn?t seem like much was going on in theback. Ok so I was promptly greeted then told it be about 15 minutes for my mobile order and again no one was in there but oneother person who was sitting ???? waiting ?????here we go. So I took a seat and shortly after people started coming in andplacing orders getting their ???? and leaving ????. Meanwhile me and the other lady are still waiting ????. They made 3 walk-inorders ????before calling the lady who was in there before me and maybe about 5 minutes later called me. So I won?t be doinganymore mobile orders at this location if I even go back. I have eaten at almost every &pizza in the area and even from thetruck and 95% of the time I do a mobile order and never experienced this. No complaints about my pizza ???? ????so again if I goback to this location I will definitely do a walk-in order ????. Read more

I ordered through Uber Eats. This was my first time ordering from this location and I just found out it was newly opened. My... order was wrong, half of my toppings I requested was not on my pizza and what was on my pizza was SPARSE. I have occasionallygotten very thin crusted pizza (not my preference) from &pizza but I have never had a pizza where I could see the dough throughthe sauce in the middle. There was hardly any cheese, only about one "drop" per section. Because I got delivery, I have no ideawho made my pizza, but I will never order from this location again. I usually can save some of my pizza for later but I had toeat the whole thing to feel full. Unless you go in person and can comment on how they're making your order, don't deliver orpick up from here unless you like not getting your money's worth. Read more
It?s amazing to finally have options less than 5 minutes from home. The staff is friendly and the location is clean and... convenient. Please &Pizza corporate, get these folks some help. Finally, some good pizza on this side of town. I love how you can order a pizza and customize totally to your liking.
It was a big suprise from how it used to be around there. The customer service has always been great since I been going there,... (this location is realtively new) The inside and outside was clean.
