The services was fast. But I was disappointed with the food. I use to eat their often. The chicken taste old and dry. The... blue berry biscuits was my favorite. But now they are bigger and not well bake. I was disappointed with all food that I purchased. The biscuits were bigger the dough in the biscuit was not well done. The worst service I have ever received at any restaurant in my life. The cashier was so disrespectful because I didn't want ice... in my drink. The manager just looked at me then put his head down. He never once I apologize to me or ask her or her co-workerto stop talking about me. I don't recommend at all. Read more
DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. The owner should consider firing all staff and starting over .... First off the gentleman that took my order took 15 minutes to acknowledge me and I was the only person in the store . Because ofthis inconvenience of my time I asked for the manager on the shift . The young lady was unprofessional and rude as if she wouldrather be somewhere else . She later informed me that they don?t have any chicken in the store. I ask to use the bathroom. Themanager words verbatim was ? you have to purchase something to be able to use that bathroom ? frustrated after hearing this lawI ordered a drink . My suspicions of the managers body language when she was handing me the drink my gut feeling told me to lookinside the cup which I did and discovered black molded ice in my drink . 8:45am visit, and I'm glad I had to use the restroom before ordering bc the restroom was disgusting. The store had only been... open since 7am, and I understand many places are understaffed; BUT, this was still unacceptable. No soap. No hand towels.Trashcan filled to the top. I don't imagine they have enough foot traffic to justify the amount of disarray (bc most people usthe drive thru...) I spoke with the manager on duty, and her explanation was that they were short-staffed this morning..... Notonly were the necessary items out of stock, but half the equipment is damaged! A store does not run out of everything at onetime, so, I imagine these items have been out for more than one shift.... I went inside and ordered the 12 piece family meal around 4:15 today. I was told I had to wait for 20 mins. A young lady brought... my food to my seat and told me she's going to get the fries. It's 6:34 and I'm ready to eat. This chicken look old, horrible,and burnt. Not the 1st time I was angry by what I was served at this location. No receipt was given either. They was a ton ofreceipts by the register just sitting there. My receipt was tossed aside by another worker who immediately did something withthe register and went and sat back down to eat. My chicken was not cooked. When I cut open the chicken it was just red and bloody. Then I've been calling the store and the... voice-mail is full. What's going on??? Are any managers available?? I love Bonjangles but I absolutely HATED this location. They were rude, inconsiderate and got the order so wrong. Also the food... was overcooked, the biscuits were dry and they gave us warm tea and lemonade. I could stand on my soap box all day on this onebecause this place is garbage. Horrible Read more
