I purchased the new ?flood bowl? via the app along with other bowls for myself and my two sons. I received a regular chicken... bowl instead. None of the ingredients with the ?flood bowl? new chicken flavor were included. However, this bowl costs $5 morethan the regular. Also, the chips were burnt and extremely salty (or it tasted salted due to the burnt flavor). Either way,$77 for delivery including my total order was so not worth it! This was totally a store/employee error!!! Chipotle has theaudacity to offer me free chips and salsa as a solution! Absolutely NOT! How about a refund for my entire order or at least afree replacement item f the original order! And my family and friends wonder why I don?t eat out often and prefer to cook! ??????????? Read more

I was very disappointed during my visit at this location. I requested to have a table cleaned so I could have lunch with my... family, I had to remind them multiple times while there was an employee in the dining area exchanging social media info withanother customer while the drink station was a mess and most of the tables were dirty.
