The service here is terrible, I wish I could give it negative star's!!!! I went here with a group of friends, we got seated and... it took 15 min for them to get us a server!! When we got a server she was unprofessional and rude, we put in our food and drinkorders and she took 30 min to bring out our drinks. And like an hour for the food, and all our food didn?t even come out atonce, it came out in sections!! And they were arguing in front of customers and would go in the back and customers would stillhear!! I asked for the manager and he walked passed me five times, and when he finally came to me he told me I got my food in atimely manner and that we were talking and that?s why we were at the ihop for 2hrs. They still had food on the tables from othercustomers who had left 40-20 min ago. The place wasn?t packed at all, so I didn?t understand why we were waiting so long, letalone two hours for ihop! I thought that the issues with this ihop were because I ordered delivery before. Not the case. I sat in the waiting area for 15... minutes without anyone attending to their tables in the dining room or coming out to the waiting area. I then called the ihopand the phone number was sent to voicemail so the phone did not even ring. I then went to dining room area where I couldclearly hear waitstaff laughing and joking w/profanity. And I asked if anyone was taking orders. A member of the waitstaff thatwas clearly eating comes out and says that he will take my order in 5 minutes because they were ?trying to get orders out?. Icontinue to wait for a waiter or waitress for 15 more minutes. And ONE Togo order comes out as some of the tables in therestaurant stand and then walk past me grumbling/half-joking complaints about actually going in the back to cook the foodthemselves because of the long wait. One table that had not been served got up and totally left. I then still ordered my foodand was quoted a 15 min order time for a 2x2x2 modified with crepes instead of pancakes. I told the guy who took my order whowas clearly maybe an expediter or some other staff that I would wait to pay the check and add tip until I got my order. Which Istill gave an appropriate amount?IHOP always has good food tho and staff was pleasant once present. But IHOP get em some helpthey need staff ASAP! Read more
Okay where do I begin? First off, I usually don?t like doing reviews but since I was so hungry I?m going to do it. Saturday I... took my grandmother and brother to just have a nice brunch everything was cool, but our server was kinda rude/impatient. Yes weknow it was a busy day but no excuse. My grandma was just talking and she cuts her off and was like?are you ready to order??Hmmm okay we just goin ignore that and have a good lunch. Then we?re sitting by a window that?s directed towards the sittingarea when I tell you I?ve never been so annoyed. All of the servers are tapping on the window pointing at people across theroom. I felt like I was in a school cafeteria. So fast forward to just now. Im at work just thinking about my leftovers. As soonI got home boom put my sandwich in the microwave. I?m all excited cause it?s all hot at this point I?m crushing. I get to themiddle and I?m literally fighting with my sandwich and dropped it back in the container cause I couldn?t hold it any longerbecause it was hot. So I open it and I see this. Came in after MGM Grand last night. Tyrone J. was excellent. Top notch stellar service. He?s the fastest walking guy I?ve ever... seen in the service industry. Very clean and spacious location too. Salute Tyrone! Read more
This I hope is totally changed in a very good way, (it must change the management team)it wasn?t my favorite place before, but... now have a very good service the waitress is so helpful, very inviting staff kids friendly and it?s always good for a family. Istrongly recommend this IHOP. Read more
Oh my God our waitress Pamela was extraordinary never have I experienced customer service as excellent as what she gave us this... morning. My friend even asked to speak to her manager so he could tell him how excellent her service was. They have the cleanestpublic restrooms and the food was very very tasty I will be visiting this location again when I visit the DC area, I reside inBaltimore. Read more
NEVER NEVER EAT THERE Horrible, there was only two customers in the dinning room and our purser took more than 30 minutes to be... served, it was not hot when it arrived. Flavors were horrible the hot chocolate was looking so oily like the mug was dirty, weleft the food there, we pay for it, ?as we don?t like shows? but will never come back to that IHOP, GO TO ANY IHOP IN VA IF YOULOOKING FOR A TASTEFUL EXPERIENCE!!
