i always like KFC (vs popeyes) chicken so I'm really disappointed that the quality of chicken here isnt as good as other KFCs.... The customer service is also terrible. The guy in the drive thru said they're out of stocks and will close the drive thru so Iasked what they're out of stock of, he didnt answer then he finally asked me what my orders are. Very rude and lack of manners. Read more

If zero stars was an option, that's what I would rate. Ordered original chicken, only to find out when I got home, that it was... old chicken that you can tell was refried, probably in old grease. It was flavorless. It was crunchier than the crispy chicken.And hard as I don't know what!! I called SEVERAL times and got no answer. Returned the next day with my receipt that I had toask for, to no avail. They wanted the old chicken too. I threw it away after several calls and no answer. Money wasn't theissue. I just wanted my meal replaced. Didn't get it from them. But corporate is making me whole. They gon come across the rightone, one day. And it won't be pretty. I pass this place daily. Always wondered why the Parking Lot is ALWAYS empty. Had some time to kill, and decided to order a... meal. When I entered the restaurant I clearly understood why the PL stays empty. There were a bunch of Animals camouflaged asHumans hogging up the counter, not ordering any food, yet showing their "baby" pictures to the workers behind the counter. Allthe while the on duty Manager is standing there on her phone. Very unprofessional. Looked as if they canvassed someone off thestreets to perform a job. I left without ordering. Person got my order wrong. I paid for it I checked it before I left and some items were missing. Also I paid for items that I... didn't get and still paid extra for an item that I should have received in my original order. By the time I thought about whatthe manager had done, I was almost home. Paid 9.00 for item that pwas taken back. And paid 5.00 for a chicken sandwich. I willnot be going to this location again. Read more

First thing, your Google page claim you close at 11PM. But your front door sys 10PM. So that needs to be corrected. Second... thing, is you all actually close at 10PM. But if you arrive at 9:40PM, the drive thru has cones up and doors are locked. I'll bemaking a formal complaint. This happens too much in this community and it's gross. Read more

On August 15 I went to this KFC at 6140-42 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD. I decided to park and go inside to place an order. ... Once inside an employee approached the register as if to take my order but instead stated what sound like "drive through". WhenI ask him to repeat, he stated, "the lobby is open for mobile pickup, drive through" It did not bother me that the lobby wasclose to customer place food orders but I told the employee that management should post a sign to say the lobby is close or thelobby is only open to mobile pickup. He noted the sign is posted. I ask to speak with the manager and he stated he was themanager, the cook, and more. When I challenge to idea that a sign was posted that would indicate the lobby was closed tocustomers looking to place an order. He refused to entertain the idea and point to the mobile pickup reserved parking spacesign. I stated the the reserve parking sign? He then laughed along with two of the other employees and walked away. When Itried to get his attention, he kept walking and ignored me. Frustrated, that I had wasted my time and I was not being heard. Idecided to exit and not patron this KFC and not place an order in drive though obviously, I didn't want this group handling myfood at this point. As I drove around past the drive through to exit one of the employees manning the drive through whileserving a customer decided to go the extra mile and wave and give me verbal bye as a sarcastic gesture. I'm not against a lobbybeing closed, especially when staffing and other conditions dictate. I'm against, poorly trained managers that won't take thetime to properly communicate with potential customers. The owner of this KFC should consider who is managing this location andthe type of employees they are hiring. Very awful experience, I had to call corporate. First (Kim) wasn?t wearing a mask talking with me and handing me food that... wasn?t mine. (She has a front gap) They took my money, then handed me food. My order was wrong. I asked for it to be corrected.The person became very disrespectful and acted if she didn?t want to take the food back, well after I stated it was wrong andneeded to be corrected again. She proceeded to get loud with me and hand my money back, she gave me too much. Also I never got areceipt. Also I let them know multiple times I was gave too much money back. I told Kim (she said that?s her name andapparently she?s the manager) that I would be contacting corporate, she proceeded to yell that she didn?t care. Then proceededto have her employee serve people and pass me, while she disappeared. Then while that?s going on, an employee is seen here inthe video through the glass dancing. Attempting to antagonize me. I?ve worked restaurant industry for over ten years, I havewould never ever handle the situation this way. I know they weren?t trained to either. The kid in the frame right here, he wascool. I don?t know his name though. I then got on the phone with corporate, they were very helpful. easy the receipt says 2-12 chicken "crispy" 2-6 fried wings BBQ. this I ordered and got everything wrong ... They need to train... more employees to pack orders online ... not everyone in my house likes BBQ CHICKEN tenders. I received 24 pieces covered withBBQsauce. I called the store and they told me that's what the order said tender WITH BBQ. Next time when you order call us andlet's us know that you want plain with out sauce. They don't give me the option. I'll fix it if you're unhappy if you bring themback the 24pc BBQ chicken tender or at least change 12 pc normal without sauce. The first time I saw my chicken tenders orderonline this way. I called Kfc.com and let them know what happened. It's incredible what they did to me with that order. mychildren and nephews do not like bbq sauce. Read more
