Aidaam and Michael are Superstars of customer service! Aidaam has the temperament, courtesy and Professionalism required and in... need of more these days. Michael was more than willing to go out of his way to address a small concern of mine, in fact he wasSo courteous and professional I didn?t even want to waste his time. Double Drive thru here and the clearance is 9 feet on theinside lane, the other lane on the right had no clearance at the ordering menu. There is SO MUCH I liked about this McDonald?sI might have to edit a few times so I don?t leave anything out! Even the floor plan layout, design and engineering of theparking lot of this place are remarkable. I appreciated the grading and slope of the parking lot from the main road to thedrainage area in the back. Although I didn?t see any drainage due to weather conditions it looks to be well done. There didn?tseem to be enough trees near the drainage to clog it up with leaves either so that?s a plus as well. The landscaping wasimmaculate and the dumpster was placed uphill from the sewer drainage and far away from the building. I noticed the sidewalkramp for mobility device and wheelchair access between the designated parking spaces nearest to the main road at the front ofthe building. Not sure if there is one on the other side. They had walk up window service stations at both sides of thebuilding also, including a speaker and push button microphone at each. I really liked the monitor near the register that letsyou know when your order is ready, even if it is a little slow in updating. The checkered flag and Finish flags at the parkinglot entrance and exit added a clever and humorous touch. You can see them in the video and photos included if they allupload. Bathroom was clean. I'm confused as to how a restaurant gets your order horribly wrong, and then they have the attitude when you come back and... simply want you correct order, they hire the most ratchet employees with smart mouths Even when they try to be friendly, theystill rude as hell. Home training is apparently at an all time low. Customer service positions arent for everybody. Read more

Location closes their doors to paying customers over 30 minutes before close as to avoid "work". This is beyond pathetic,... especially on a cold night. Manager tried to say it was due to short staff, yet had no issue making food to go.... It requiresthe exact same amount of staff in either case, one just avoids them having to open the inside. After a hard day at work why did my day get worse dealing with this Oxon Hill Rd. Location knowing I've experienced sorry... service in the past. One my ordered was missing two items both HC-i Orange drinks was only colored water "NO" sugar at all andthis is after waiting maybe 20 minutes in the drive thru Terrible. Never again . Read more

Pulled up to the drive though lane, my order was never taken, also sat 10 - 15 mins, was under the impression the speaker system... was broken because cars pulled up in the lane across from me and their orders were immediately taken. So I drove up to thewindow asked for the manager to possibly take my order, her response was no have to be patient and basically return back inline. There were multiple cars that arrived by that time but before this ordeal there was only one car in front of us and nonebehind us. The manager wasn?t accommodating at all whatsoever. And literally didn?t want to hear our issue. Who wants to arguewith anyone you are paying for and the exchange is not even reasonably within the realm of good customer service? Read more

This McDonald's is just okay. / com si - com sa . The customer service was "thug-ish" around the edges. (I.e. no hello greeting... - low level "attitude" ) but this could be due to where it's located. The community over there is kinda rough. Good luck Read more

Saturday October 16, the drive thru boys took the order right, one of them Spanish girls don?t know sweet tea from unsweetened... unless they mixin your drink. I got half way home and drunk something I didn?t order and turned around to get a refund for thewhole thing. That?s not what I asked for. Don?t put nothing in my cup I didn?t ask for. They said they didn?t have frappes todayso say you don?t have tea ready either. Spanish manager taking a year and a half to process the refund what else you back theredoing with my card?
