TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! Where do I start, Customer Service is AWFUL, unprofessional, lack of concern, treated like I was... bothering THEM! Food, DISGUSTING, I ordered meatloaf, mash potatoes and squash. The meatloaf was mushy, like potted meat, themash potatoes were straight out of a box, add water. I couldn't believe it. How do companies get away with treating us, BLACKfolk like this??? I WILL never come back to this DUMP ever again. WORST place to eat!!! Read more
Went to the store yesterday and ordered Whiting dinner instead of Catfish. I ask cashier to correct the order and he did and... charged an additional $5.36. However it took nearly an hour because it was busy and I ended up getting a Whiting dinner insteadof Catfish. I did notice until I got home and my wife started eating. I called the store and spoke to Pablo explaining whathappened. He stated that I should have taken the food back to the the restaurant. However he did not make an issue but gaveanother order for no charge. We are happy and will continue to be patrons of your business. Thanks Kudos Pablo!!!! Read more

Visiting from out of town and seen this Soul food spot the chicken was seasoned very well, the turkey wingz were pretty good,... the zucchini mixed veggies were seasoned perfect! I'm a veggie lover lol. Everything looked good couldn't really decide butthose items were worth trying. Read more
the only problem I had with this place is customer service the women they are very unfriendly have a really bad attitude.Home... made food very very good freshly made each day.one dinner can feed a family of 3 .the smoothie are made with fresh ????????fruit. So for customer service I give them a zero cuz if you ask them a question they have an attitude with it and if you saysomething about the food they get nasty with you the two girls that's working and now I think one is from Honduras and one isfrom El Salvador and they are very nasty people doing that and we pay that paychecks we pay everybody's paycheck and whenever wego in there to buy food we're paying that paycheck so that's what a lot of people don't you supposed to be kind to people theypay your paycheck one thing I always say is don't nobody come in the store you lose your job and you don't get paid so thinkabout it that's where your money come from is the people that come in the store Read more
Food was really good and staff was very nice and informed us when certain items were out of stock. The wait time was a bit long... but it also was a Sunday so that's understandable. The only problem that I had was that some pieces of the baked chicken was drybut overall pretty good quality. The smoothie we got was exceptional as well. Read more
Very good plate of tasty food for not a lot of money...always a good combo! Fish and oysters with an extensive list of hot... sides. Open safety conscious area. Not a long wait, and I saw some folks who had ordered ahead. Looks like a reasonable stopthat should be added to anyone's list if you're staying at National Harbour. Read more
This is more like a carry out soul food spot but they serve seafood and alot of other things that have nothing to do with... soulfood...I personally like the variety of options they have and food is decent and some options taste very good.. of courseit's not black own so some things arent season the way we are custom too and other food is spot on..
