The noodles are undercooked and dry The crab Rangoon wasn?t even crab rangoon but only cream cheese and jalapeño peppers... inside. The beef and broccoli was barely any beef I hate to leave bad reviews but people should be aware of what they?re infor. Perhaps they need new recipes how to make these or perhaps new cooks. Read more
Food is great but each one of the workers gives out different portion sizes. I should not be getting one piece of Teriyaki... chicken cut in large slices to make it seem like I am getting a large portion. I don't feel like I am getting my monies worth. Read more

Great service, they were attentive while I was sitting and waiting for my online order. I walked in and saw a long line of... customers, so instead of going up to ask I waited until everyone had their chance to order. Though I waited an extra 5 mins, theserver noticed me waiting patiently and tended to my needs. The employees are respectful and courteous. Great service is all Ican say. Read more
Initially I was excited that a Panda Express was going to be in my area. Since this store opened, I have been there 3 times.... Yesterday was my third and final visit. Everything time I come, there are long lines. I know this is to be expected because ofthe pandemic. But Panda Express is based on an Express assembly line of prepared food orders. Therefore you decide what youwant because it's done. Team members run out of food and cause the customer's to wait an additional 6 to 7 minutes for orangechicken. Orange chicken is a popular item. Why is there not another bowl ready for replacement? They ran out of napkins. Nonapkins to wipe my hands. The only beverages they had were power sport drinks. I had to wait 7 minutes for fried rice to becooked, another 6 minutes for orange chicken, and another 7 minutes for chicken egg rolls to be ready. If I were onlyordering for myself, I would have left. But I was placing an order for my Mom as well. I have never had a bad experience withPanda Express until I went to this one located at the Rivertown Shopping center . Staff is very disorganized. Will not returnto this location ever again. The food was very good...i had the bigger plate with chow mein, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and the steak and... shrimp....since when did Panda Express start using potatoes in their recipes? Regardless it was delicious and my order was putin through the app and ready when i arrived! Read more
Nine out of ten times the experience and food are very good. This location is so busy that it is unlikely any of the entrée... food items are cold, unlike at many other Panda Express locations. The worst I have had was barely warm, but only one or twopieces of meat. Lines and wait times can and do get ridiculously long during lunch and dinner rush. Very small and oddlydesigned parking lot shared with multiple other stores. Read more
