It closes before eight, sign says it closes at nine. I was doubtful since I haven't seen them open at nine, but I was sure I was... going to make it because it wasn't even 8 pm, but they were closed. Additionally, they are higher than the other Rita's by morethan a dollar. The Clinton location is a lot better, upscale even and the employees there are kinder. Read more

Indoor location with air conditioning great for a hot day. Used to have great service, but has gotten worse over time. Prices... have gone up and Kid Size is no longer offered. I've been here 10+ times over the past few years, but will not be returning. Read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! I just visited a location in which I will not be returning anymore. You have two... girls working plus the manager came out on the phone. One was making orders and the other was ringing up customers. I asked thegirl did she charge me correctly.She seemed fairly new. I was overcharged for toppings & when I showed the manager she barelylooked at my receipt. She was worried about getting to the next customer..I just left because when I was giving my order, themanager asked me to step down to the cash register and the girl would continue my order?People were getting their orders andpaying before me..When the girl repeated my order to the cashier, she must?ve heard wrong because she was multi-tasking.Thecustomer service is trash and I thought it would?ve been different my second time visiting! Their Ice cream cones are the only reason I come here...well that and because my wife loves their Oreo shakes and my kids like... the Italian Ice. The customer service is hit or miss, depends on who's working. This store needs better hours though, and shouldstay open all year 'round. Read more

Terrible customer service. Employees are too busy cleaning machines and closing up the business an hour before actual closing... time. Trash attitudes by employees when you ask for help. Custard machine was shut down and cleaned an hour before closing time. Read more
