They were extremely busy on this Saturday night, but very efficient. Didn't have to wait too long at all. The Shack burger was... delicious and who doesn't love crinkle fries. Their cinnamon churro shake however was just okay. It had good cinnamon flavorwith crunch, however the crunchy bits kept getting stuck in the straw and the ice cream melted way to fast. Read more
It was just what I needed when I needed it. Not sure that all of them only offer one size of fry, but get two if you like the... fried potatoes, like me. Also, the burger patties were giant. I had to eat the patties down to match the size of the bun,which is a great thing! I was at The National Harbor when I ordered on this day. It hit the spot. Read more
The fries are truly outstanding and done perfect every time! Chicken sandwiches & Chicken tenders are very good. The quality of... the meat in the burgers are not lean beef so therefore have a rubbery fatty texture when chewing. The shakes are always done toperfection! Read more
Very mediocre food and service at premium prices. Shakes were Burger King quality but not value. Burgers were greasy and grisly... - it's clear they only use the lowest quality ingredients. Lemonade drink was horrible - levels of undrinkable I haven'texperienced since Boy Scout Summer Camp bug juice. To add insult to injury, they don't even publish the prices on the menu!Insanity. Came for the truffles and left thoroughly satisfied. I truly hope Shack makes this limited item a permanent one. Food was cooked... in typical Shack fashion, I only wish the fries would have been crispier and the burger needed more truffle sauce. This place was .. ok. The most disappointing aspect was my let down when I received my bacon avocado burger. ???? The sign... advertising this delicacy had my mouth watering. Then as reality synchronized with my expectations, I became downtrodden. Theoverall MGM experience is lacking. No food in the casino. Come on. In the future, if I do return to the MGM. Very rude customer service!! You guys went too far!!!!I received this message first from my phone and I just went to counter and... told them my name. ?Shake Shack here: Your order is ready! Head to the pick up counter and give us your name when you get there?and there is one staff shouted to me ? Do you see we have so many orders now??
