Awesome place for margaritas and oysters. Oysters are amazing and so delicious! We had to wait in line for approx 15 mins. This... place is always busy. Wanted some oysters and came here with a friend. Luckily it was happy hour! Bar was kinda crowded but nothing wrong with that-... means the place is lit! Found some seating on the back side of the bar. Got the happy hour oysters and my friend and I throughlyenjoyed them. Also got some drinks off the happy hour menu and those were good too! I would also say try the oyster shots-because why not?! My friend tried the mussels as well and he enjoyed them. Definitely stumbled in here off a whim but had agreat time! Good restaurant with a broad menu. Definitely will have something for everyone. I had the seafood kettle and it was delicious.... Chock full of seafood but the clams and crab claws were the best. Good margaritas. Make a reservation because this place is busyon the weekend. Read more

Everything about this place was incredible. I was torn by all the options on the menu, but was thrilled with the flavors in my... final order. I had the cod fillet with garlic white wine sauce, and it came with two sides so I chose zucchini and carrots.There were so many sides to choose from, too! When a typical vegetable side portion is small, these were very substantial. Theywere also packed with unique flavors - it actually made the vegetables very addictive! But the sauce on the cod was incredible,too. There wasn?t a bad bite on this huge plate of food. Definitely worth the price tag. Read more

We had reservations at another restaurant, however we walked by The Walrus & we immediately canceled our reservations so we... could eat here.. it was excellent!! We had a blast!! The atmosphere! The service! The food!The drinks!! EVERYTHING wasexcellent!! The vibe was amazing!! Def will be back!! Shrimp & Grits!! Shrimp! Crab cake! Calamari! Crab dip !!! Everything wasperfect!! Great place for oysters and quick bites! Had 3 of the Sweet Jesus and 3 blue point oysters. Sweet Jesus definitely it?s better!... Also had shrimp fettuccine and half bake chicken and fried calamari, Caesar salad, cream of corn and potato and leek soup, andgrilled zucchini?s also had cheese mashed potato.. it was way too salty so swapped for cream of corn. Our server Miguel fromwest coast was mad cool! he provided exceptional service. If it wasn?t for the salty mash potato, would of have 5 stars. Ournext table had the full fried seafood platter for 65 bucks it seemed well worth it. If next time in National Harbor will defstop by again for beers and oysters and other fried seafood. Read more

Everything except one item was flavorful, perfect, and delicious!! The coconut shrimp were the largest coconut shrimp we've ever... had (and we visit a lot of seafood restaurants)!! The salmon, vegetables, and mashed potatoes were perfection. Salmon is myfavorite fish and I've had it at many restaurants. It was not overcooked or undercooked; it was juuuuust right! My husband andour friend (visiting from out of town) said the hush puppies and calamari were delicious. Our friend also said her strawberryand goat cheese salad was delicious and she could see why her colleagues had recommended this restaurant. Loved this place. The food was excellent. The customer service was excellent as well. We encountered a Karen as soon as we were... about to sit but I decided to avoid incident and the Manager immediately sat us somewhere else. Since it was our first timethere, he made sure to come over to our table a few times especially at the end. He spoke with us for a few and I got the sensethat he was empathetic as well as letting us know that he treats people like as if they were in his home, with the utmost of hospitality and respect.
