Honestly, there?s no excuse for poor customer service. Someone needs to be held accountable for this store. Better training and... management is highly needed. A good meal and experience makes people happy. It?s one thing to leave unsatisfied but when theworkers make you feel like they don?t care to fix the issue and show no type of remorse it seems very personal andunprofessional. I?ve been to several locations and this is the only location that seems to give me problem after problem. Idon?t see why anyone that acts nonchalant and rude should have this type of job. Special attention is needed!!!!!! No detailsneeded. I?ve read several complaints that is similar to mine. But I will say the manager Natalie was not helpful at all. Shelied twice and shouldn?t be holding this type of position. I asked for my receipt to be reprinted and she told me she couldn?tdo it. I simply said ok. After leaving the store I left my not so good survey. She called me to talk about my response then saysshe told me she couldn?t print my receipt for orders over a hour. Which was not the case. It hadn?t even been a full hour whichI explained to her over the phone, she then proceeded to tell me nothing can be done and to have a nice day. Didn?t evenapologize for my experience. I'm only giving it 3 stars because after talking to manager "Trey" about my issues, he made it right with me and gave me great... service! My other experiences have been terrible from the lack of acknowledgement while standing at the register (I literallyhad to ask for my order to be taken after multiple people walked pass me) to the food being cooked wrong to the long wait times.Smoothies tastes different depending on who makes them but the manager Trey made me great Smoothies with great apologeticservice! There was a race today in the neighborhood and all the runners came here afterwards for their smoothies. The employees did an... excellent job working together to make all the orders. Some of the customers were extremely rude and disrespectful to theemployees but the employees did a great job handling the orders and maintained a high level of professionalism. Read more

I walked in the store. And no one even Acknowledge me. I stood there for almost 15 minutes. And no one even said may I help you.... Or even tried to take my order. So I just left out. Without getting anything. I go to plenty of Tropical Smoothies a week. Andthis was the worst experience I had. Read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Just go to the location at Iverson mall. You'll get much better treatment. I really gave... it a shot. Here are two incidents that happened there. *I watched someone go from sweeping floors and taking out trash torefilling utensils and straws without washing his hands. When I mentioned to him that he probably should wash his hands beforehandling things people used to eat. He looked at me like I was crazy and said it's all in wrappers so it's no big deal. *I walkup to the register, no one's there. I'm not mad about that. Eventually the cashier and the smoothie person come up at the sametime. The Smoothie maker asked me to tell her my order ahead of time so she can get started. But my order was very custom so Itold her let me just put the order in with the cashier so you can go off the receipt. She gets an attitude and tells me Icould've just told her. Then the cashier repeats what she said with attitude. I told them to cancel the order and I haven't beenback since. Read more

My friend ordered online smoothies and a sandwich for us. When she arrived 15-20 mins later, one of the workers there told my... friend that she hadn't made the smoothies yet. The girl then proceeded to make other smoothies and finally ours. My friendreminded the girl about the note of substituting sugar for Splenda. The girl read the substitution note but didn't understandwhat substitution meant and put both sugar and Splenda in the smoothie. The girl, then had an attitude when my friend explainedshe wanted just Splenda and not sugar, hence the substitution note. Once the smoothies were made, they forgot to hand my friendmy flatbread sandwich which was just sitting on the counter for at least 30 mins at that time. When my friend arrived to myhouse with the smoothies, I noticed a note on my smoothie that said non fat yogurt which was not what my friend ordered me. TheMango Berry Cosmo doesn't come with yogurt so I was confused why it had yogurt in it. My friend had ordered Baked Lays chipswith my sandwich and I received Harvest Cheddar Cheese chips, smh. The final straw was when I ate my flatbread sandwich. Paperwas left in my sandwich! I bit and ATE paper folded into the food! This is UNACCEPTABLE and every one there needs training onhow to act professional, treat customers, understand orders and make the food properly!!!! Read more

My best friend and I stopped here during our vacation. I had never been a patron of tropical smoothie before, so I didn't know... what to get. Natalie helped me decide. She was patient and kind. The best part was the smoothie tasted just as she said itwould. The fruit was so fresh. We enjoyed our experience. Definitely a tropical smoothie patron going forward. ???????? Read more

I walked in there today, I was greeted soon as I walked in. And the first thing i thought was a high school. Everybody that was... in there had to be 25 and under. After the using restroom .I order a smoothie and bbq shrimp quesadilla. My smoothie was maderight away. I then waited a extra 10-15 minutes for my quesadilla. it was atleast 8-10 staff there it was no way that ishould've waited that long for my food to be prepared and there was 8-10 staff on the clock. After waiting so long for my food ayoung man walked up to me and asked what was I waiting for and I told him my food. After that he walked over with my food inhand. I went back to my vehicle and I felt in my gut that my smoothie and quesadilla was not right. So I opened my quesadillaand all the (6) shrimp was in one packet of the quesadilla. And my smoothie tasted like sugar ice with color. So I took myquesadilla back in and asked if they can make it over because all the shrimp was just in one packet of the quesadilla. After theyoung lady took my food. Everybody gather around to see what the food looked like. Everybody in there looked at me with looks ontheir faces like I was the problem all because i asked for my food to be made over. So after I get my second quesadillasomething told me that this one was gonna be messed up to. So I opened this one and there was 1 shrimp in each packet of thequesadilla. I went from 6 to 4 shrimp. At this point I'm already in my car and I wasnt going back in there to start no argument because i been at work til 2:15AM.
