Today had an order of old bay chicken wings they were tasteless, didn?t... taste fresh either and if I had some ranch it probably would have been bearable but they didn?t have any ranch, really???straight disappointing. This was my first time EVER eating at wingstop. I got two chicken sandwiches and both were nasty and wrong. I ordered a Korean... and barbecue chicken sandwich with NO PICKLES. Both sandwiches had pickles and they put chicken tenders on them not a wholechicken BREAST. The Korean one was dripping with sauce and the barbecue one had little to NO SAUCE on it. I had a very positive experience at this location compared to others in the area. The manager Joshua was very nice and... accommodating as well as the cashier Josiah. Customer was above and beyond and I definitely will continue to patronize thislocation. Keep up the good work guys!!! Read more
Will never go back to this wing stop again!! Food order was not right. The staff that work there was eating while fixing people... food. The same gloves that they use at the cashier they use to fix food with. The girl that work the cashier was very unfriendlyan rude as hell. Don?t eat here. Very unprofessional here. Read more
The wait for the food was preference for the DoorDash over the walk-in customers. DoorDash customers still had to wait for their... food which made my 10pcs and fries a 30min wait. I had to edit my review, I originally put 4 stars but I have to give them a 1 star now. Food was not good. The chicken wings... were so dry it was worst than the ones in 711 that?s been sitting out all day. The fries were soggy. Plus they gave me NO flatsall drums. Almost $17 just to almost choke to death trying to eat these mini wings. I probably won?t eat at this establishmentor maybe any other wing stop. Read more
I was highly disappointed with my order and service today at the Wing Stop located at 6609 Oxon Hill Road, ste D, Oxon Hill , MD... 20745? I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender option , waited 15 mins and then upon receiving my order my food was cold. Iexplained to the lady. Shins the register and immediately was getting cursed at from the worker in the kitchen. I was called outof my name and that is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I explained to them that if this was an issue I will happilytake. Refund to which I got ignored & told to wait 7 mins for fresh tenders. This is truly a poor representation of yourestablishment and I hope this is not a reflection of how your customers are treated. I expect to never receive this level ofdisrespect again. Read more
