Every since switching from Ralphs, this place has been amazing. The flavors are perfect and taste so much better than the other... store. Ive been coming to this location for years and ULG is the best decision they made. The new management is so kind andhelped my child out with her peanut allergies. This store is outstanding. Had hair in our ices. Completely disgusting !!. Went there to get a pint of mango, the mixed looking girl with the black hair... gave me attitude when I told her there was hair in my ice. When I gave it back, she acted like she was making another one. Aftershe gave it to me and I drove off, I realized that the same ice she gave me the first time was the same one that had the hair init. It was obvious that she just scooped the hair out and gave it back to me. I was in a rush so I couldn?t go back to get arefund. I will be calling to speak to a manager to make a complaint!!!. I have been coming here for years with the kids. Recently the service hasnt been good. Wrong orders, ices mixed with flavors... you didnt order. Recently my daughter ordered a watermelon ice that tasted like soap...inedible. Of course your on your wayhome when you find out that you didnt get what you ordered. In my opinion thats all the more reason that they should ensure theorder is correct. I hope this is just getting back to business after the lock down and not the current standard at a once great place to take your kids. Read more
