We came for the Veteran's Day lunch and really enjoyed it. Seated promptly, waitress Bridgette was superb. She took care of... every little thing quickly and was friendly and nice. Husband's sirloin steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, as he likes itand he said the steak was tender and flavorful. My grilled salmon was outstanding and tasty. The broccoli was cooked perfectly.Only giving 4 stars because half of the chips on our Queso Dip and Chips appetizer plate were broken. Restrooms were clean andwell stocked. Today I and my wife stopped in for lunch on Veterans day. The place was packed but had a booth for us. She ordered the salmon... and I ordered the top sirloin. We ordered chips and queso dip for appetizers. My steak was cooked to perfection as was hersalmon. Service was great with refills and condiments. This location handled the orders and crowd with ease. I have been in alot of Applebee's across the country, this one did not live up to the Applebee's standards of quality , waiter... gave excellent service, onions rings tasted like old oil. The food has drastically gone downhill. I usually get the fish and chips. My fish was very hard/overcooked and tasted funny and... all our fries were cold and tasteless. The sons chicken fingers were overcooked as well. The pretzels and beer cheese dip wasdelicious as usual. Our waitress Lilly was fabulous as always. She's the best waitress in the area. Read more
We were quickly seated; however, there?s where our visit ended. We sat in an empty seating area for approximately 10 minutes... without acknowledgement from any waitstaff. We saw several waitstaff crowded around the bar area and what appeared to be a smallparty. There are very few sit-down restaurants in Ozark, and I look forward to Applebees. Applebee's usually isn't one of my top picks, but the kids wanted to go there. We had the best experience I've ever had here.... The best waitress we have had at a dine in restaurant probably ever, definitely in the past couple of yrs. I didn't catch hername but she was so good, my husband said she was like a ninja bc she refilled the drinks so fast he didn't even know shebrought another glass. Very attentive! The food was really good too. Salad was fresh with really nice croutons, crispy not hard.Bourbon chicken and shrimp with garlic potatoes was really good too, beware there is fungus???? under the chicken though, orderwithout if you don't like them like me. Hubs had the ribs, said they were the best he's had in a while too. My son actually atesomething besides chicken tenders, chicken alfredo and garlic mashed potatoes, and ate almost all of it. We got the 2 for $29. They weren't busy at all (only 2 or 3 other tables sat in the entire restaurant), and we only received... mediocre service, hence a star deduction. But the food was pretty darn good!! I haven't been to an Applebee's in years and I waspleasantly surprised. ???? Read more
One of the best experiences on our travels. This Applebee's is consistently staffed well with a first rate staff. The food is... always tasty and toasty and makes it out in a timely manner. A wonderful dining experience for a modest price. Read more
