I went to captain D?S in Ozark Al last night I drove 20 minutes to get there I waited 25 minutes to get my order taken it was... another 30 minutes before my order was ready when I got home the fish was cold and hard as rock the green beans were cold thecole slaw was warm and mushy I paid 18 dollars for something that was not fit to eat the shrimp was warm but it wasn?t hard itwas the only thing fit to eat the rest was thrown out I would not recommend it to no one unless you make sure it?s cooked freshbefore you leave the okra was greasy Read more
The staff was only 2 but they worked very hard to fill the orders. They were kind and friendly. A great staff. Thank you
Someone else needs to go in and manage this place the right way. It was about a 25 minute wait for 2 meals at the drive thru. No... one was in line in front of me and only one car dining in. I ask for sweet tea and could not drink it for being pure sugar. Mymeal was not worth the money. We got the smallest skippiest piece of fish and they got the order wrong. The last couple of times I've went through the drive through, my order wasn't even close to correct. If I would have thought to... check the bag before I left, I would have gotten it corrected, but I shouldn't have to do that. I ordered the fish and chicken,with fries and breadsticks. I received 3 pieces of fish, that were luckily okay, with okra and broccoli. Hopefully the serviceinside is better. Read more
Very limited staff. General manager up front, someone cooking in the back (and I think there was only one other person) but they... were a very efficient team! The food came out very fresh and nice and hot. General manager was very friendly. Read more
I ordered the shrimp skewers with mac+cheese and broccoli and a side of butterfly shrimp with a sweet tea to be delivered. The... shrimp was so overcooked that it was black and crunchy, the side of broccoli was literally 2 cold small florets, the mac andcheese was basically a thin cheese sauce soup with a few noodles in it. The side of butterfly shrimp and sweet tea that Iordered were completely absent. I paid $20+ and the only thing that was right was the breadstick. I would not recommend thisCaptain D's until they manage to find a staff that cares. I keep on trying with them, but the last 5 times I have ordered, theyhave managed to either mess it up or conveniently forget to produce my entire order and I just could no longer keep my head downand try to be understanding. Horrible food!! Not even sure what we were eating. Is it fish or is it chicken? Who knows. It's supposed to be fish! Was told... our food was being cooked fresh. We pulled up to wait. (They were not busy at all) Called three different times to speak withsomeone at restaurant, noone would answer. Called an additional time, someone answered and hung up. Was told at the drive through window the drive through was closed. Went inside to eat. Some drinks had been spilled in front of... the counter and people was walking through it. Said they would bring the food out when ready. Waited quite awhile and went tothe counter to get it. Food was in to go containers and the coleslaw was warm. There was burnt crumbs on the food where the oilneeded filtered and changed. The green beans were mushy floating in juice. Fish pieces were small. Hush puppies crumbled andfell apart. When we left there was people being waited on at the drive through window. 2- 2piece fish dinners with a drink wasover 26.00 I thought a captain d's was a southern style long john silvers, but this one doesn't even compare.
