My last order, they forgot my garlic butter. I mentioned it in my review. Everything else was awesome. The manager called me... personally and apologized for the error. I thought I'd give this place another try Low and behold it was very disappointing to say the least, My order was 27dollars for... two sandwiches philli cheese stake with mushrooms, didnt have very much meat, mostly mushrooms, after the first half I didntwant any more, I think they are over priced because they put No Meat, and one peace of cheese cut in half to cover both ends ofthe sandwich, for me, I'll not order from there again... The order was overpriced and frustrating.... The delivery driver did wonderful.... I just expected more for 40$$$$.....
I don't know why they just won't stop accepting online orders when they too busy, but I placed a order online and waited a hour... to call just for them to tell me I'll still have to wait on my order. Read more
Employees don't pay attention to customers as they come in the door for service. So it appears to be a racist act because as a... black man I feel I was overlooked while waiting in line for service two white customers walked in an a employee stopped whatthey were doing to serve them and never asked if I had been served. The employee who was serving the customer ahead of me saw itso when I did get the counter he apologized and severed me and I when I got home my order was wrong! ???? Read more
Disappointed. Took longer than expected and majority of what I ordered was cooked too hard or not enough. Delivery fee 3.99 and... apt 3-5 mins away. I don?t think I?ll be ordering again from them. Read more
This is ridiculous!! This was suppose to be steak and beef w/ green peppers and onions on one side. I took a bite from 1 slice... and it taste as bad as it look!! Dominos Ozark needs to get it together. I?ve had more pizza made wrong then I have right. Read more
Food is almost always good and hot but they are slow I have been waiting an hour and tracker says they are still prepping ????
