My dad and little sister came back home with McDonald?s at Ozark, and let?s just say it was the most disappointing McDonald?s... I?ve ever eaten. I?m not exaggerating. They got the breakfast meal and it was a biscuit with only BACON inside it. BACON ONLY.The wrapper said biscuit, EGG, CHEESE, and bacon. Where in the world is the egg and cheese? I know for sure my dad and littlesister did not eat it because there would?ve been traces of egg and cheese on that biscuit or around the wrapper. The biscuittasted and smelt bad, almost like it was expired. My sister stated that she got a frozen fry in her larges fries, and she threwit out the window. So disappointed, do better. Read more

On spring break heading to Florida. We went through the drive thru and at first I was worried they wouldn?t get our order right... because nothing popped up on the screen. I was wrong. Not only did they get everything perfect but they were so nice and polite.It truly made my day. Definitely on my list of places to eat on my way to the in-laws. Thank you! Read more
The location I'm Troy, AL is great...the food is fresh and my order is always correct. The location on Ozark, AL, though is... terrible. The employees are rude, the food is sometimes old, and my order is very rarely correct. Read more
Normally I can't say anything bad about mcdonalds but this morning I ordered 2 hashbrowns and only got one, I tried to call but... they took the phone off the hook I guess. And now I can't get my hashbrown because the woman at the first window didn't give mea receipt.?? Read more

Road-tripping to FL and stopped here for food, coffee, and restrooms. Food was hard to eat after watching the person in the... bathroom stall next to us skip hand washing and proceed to walk behind the counter and start refilling cups.
