What a waste of money. Chicken was rubber, no breading on the chicken, and spicy was the furthest thing from spicy. Mac and... cheese was only mildly disappointing. Should be ashamed to call it food and charge someone. On the bright side the woman whotook my order was pleasant enough. Too bad she proceeded to rob me by claiming what was served to me was food. Great food, friendly staff! They were quick with taking our order and I came after a terrible experience at Waffle House.... Anyway, I forgot to order my kid a drink and went back up to explain my mistake, offering to pay. She handed me a cup and Ioffered to pay again. She told me, "I should've asked you. Just take it." This is the worst place I?ve EVER PULLED INTO!! To start off with an employee walked out to the drive through and made a dope... deal. Then the person taking the order had to ask for it three times. And then at the window. The woman was rude af. Snatching a debit card. Handed the drinks out leaking from the top. Then got attitude and wanted to refund our money back. Holding us up 15 minutes or so trying to get a refund code. Asked for our drinks back. Jus a complete disaster on a Sundayafternoon. I can?t even rate this place a one star!! Read more
we caught a drug deal while going through the drive through and one of the employees had a horrible attitude with my mom. She... snatched the card put of my moms hand and scratched her hand then told my mom to ?stop talking to him and just hand me yourcard? when my mom confronted her and we ended up canceling out order and left. Would have been 5 star but I asked for spicy chicken, was told there would be a 15 minute wait for it, so I said I would take... mild. Then cashier said wait I think spicy just came up. Then proceeded to tell me to pull up and wait, which I didn't want todo, and waited 10 minutes to end up with not spicy chicken. Read more
The young man that collected from me was very polite and friendly. Once I received my food, everything was okay except my fries... were bearly warm and almost cold. Took them back into the building and told the woman(which was in management I believe) theywere almost cold. She tells me; no ma'am they are hot, but I will get you some more. The attitude wasn't needed. They may ofbeen hot when you placed them in my bag. But waiting a few minutes for my sandwich and than bringing my food out to me. Theywere not hot. So don't tell me I don't know the difference between hot and cold. Just replace it. Happened at the Ozark Allocation around 10:45am - 11:05am this morning. Very fast service at this location. Had a short wait for a 20 pieces chicken, but it was very hot when I got it. Sides ok but... too small to be a family size. Let's be real about family size ok? Read more
