I ordered only 4 drinks. Out of the 4 we're 2 diet limeades with 2 different add-ins. They were not marked to show which was... which. They both tasted the same. I told them back to make it correct with the receipt. Waited too long for it to be correctedthen one of the drinks tasted like a sour starburst! I asked for easy ice and I have more ice than drink in my cup. The servicewas not good at all. If you're not enjoying your job find something that makes you feel better! Workers were not friendly. Management needs to manage. Which includes how food is prepared for customers. Fries and tots both tasted like grease was sour... or fryer wasn't clean properly, just threw them away. Between the 2 Burgers ordered they had enough onions for 5 or 6 or more.Service and food use to be the best sonic around its quickly went down hill. My experience was good with no issues but I also ordered through the app in order to get discounts. Of course doing this made my... order come faster. It was fairly early in the day so there was no lunch crowd. I also only got a shake and some tots so itwasn't hard to make. I was in and out quickly. The food was hot and my drinks were delicious. So the staff is usually very friendly and the food is as expected. But we have learned to check the bag before we leave because... usually there is items missing. To be fair we are usually ordering a large order as we are only in Ozark to visit family andit?s normally food for 8 people (minimum) . The staff is always quick to rectify the issues and very polite; just wish the orderwould be correct the 1st go around. Normally when it?s a smaller order we don?t have issues. Read more
My food was gross! I ordered the tender dinner and they have changed the meat they use, it was like prstraps., pre frozen... chicken nugget tender strips. They also don't serve sawmill gravy with it anymore! The Texas style toast they advertised wasonly regular white bread!! Stick with their burgers, tots and shakes only!!!! Read more
So delicious, I love the cream slushes, but there is no way to order them on the app. Can y'all make that happen Sonic? Please... add the cream slushes to the app so I don't have to place a separate order when I arrive, after I've placed my in app order. Read more
No sure what was going on. Speaker was broken in my stall. Got through that. 20 minutes to get a combo with a side of jalapeño... poppers. Parking lot was nearly empty when I arrived, and a rush of cars came in behind me. Several of those cars left withtheir orders before I did. Granted the burger was "custom", but adding lettuce pickles and mustard to a new patty doesn't seemlike it should take 15 minutes to get out. I did get a free drink that was intended for someone else.... not sure that's a goodthing either. Staff was kind enough, and food was of sonic's apparent standard. Read more
Place was run down and filthy, food was cold. Had to go to three different order stations until we found one that worked. Not up... to usual Sonic standards. Go somewhere else. Read more
