This is the best Subway I have ever been, but I had weird experience today. At first, I would say that I respect all the... religion and understand that everyone has their own belief. The young African American cashier started talking about religionand it felt like I am in the church, and someone is trying to convert me. This is not professional at all. I didn?t like how shetalked about the religion I am following. Religion is someone?s personal choice and should not be discussed at any businessplace where someone is trying to order food. The best Subway I?ve been to in a long time. My daughter and I ate inside the location and I was truly amazed at the customer... service. You don?t get kind, patient customer service like myself and everyone else who entered the doors did. The place was SOCLEAN as well! Great Job ozark Subway!! Read more

Although the employees are very nice, there needs to be consistency in how the sandwiches are made at this store. I ask for... "LIGHT MAYONNAISE" & most of the time, my sandwich is dripping with it. I'm at home by the time I see my dripping sandwich &I'm not driving back to have it re-done. I'll be taking a Subway break for a while. This has happened multiple times, so here Iam finally complaining about it. To get what you want, you have to watch them make your sandwich & forget about ordering online.Maybe someone will figure out how to fix this issue. ???? Read more

My wife placed an online order at 7:50 at the 1344 suite C location here in ozark for our order to be ready at 8:20. We arrived... at 8:20-25. I went into the store to be told that they haven't received our order and that I ordered from the Walmart locationinstead. Thankfully my wife had taken a screenshot of the confirmation and sent it to me. So pulling out my phone I showed themthat it was this store in which we had ordered. They told me that they will make our food right away. Ok that's fine and I tellthem what the sanwhiches were. I stepped out to my car to talk with my wife as we wait and we wait and we wait... In total nowit has been almost an hour since we placed the order. I go inside and get told oh well she is making them now and will bringthem out to you. Ok they are giving me the strangest looks like I should not be in the store. I answer ok and turn to leave. AsI do I look at the cutting board and there is our order printed out that they said they never recieved... so how is it that I ambeing made to feel wrong about the situation?! Needless to say we get home to eat our food and it has been sloppily put togetherand has the bare minimum of toppings!! I mean just wow... Ordered online and paid. Walked in to pick up order and the heavy set girl said they did not have any orders for me. Then said... she was sorry I already paid but could not give me the food. I showed the guy that was working the email confirmation and hepromptly gave me the food. I think the girl was trying to steal. Read more

Unfortunately, Subway has decided to jip customers off, by Door Dash delivery, and not fulfill the customer's online order. This... is the second time, in consecutive orders, that my food from Subway was short of what I paid for. If I pay for 5 cookies, Ishould get 5 cookies, not 4. If I pay for 6 cookies, I should get 6 cookies, not 5. Subway is doing a disservice to Door Dash bywithholding food items that me, as a customer has agreed to pay for. Read more

Amazing and clean store. customer service, is amazing!!! Awesome hospitality!! The folks, who work here. are amazing and made my... Sub just the way I like it!! Very organized. And and extremely happy folks!! The young, lady, who made my sub, mrs. ("Abbey")made myself just the way I want it and I can have no complaints. I am very grateful for her and she is an awesome person I thinkshe deserves a raise. along with her personnel that she was working with. Read more

Never have everything in stock/available. Only one staff member in my experience willing and patient enough to really make an... effort to make the subs the way you want them, unless you go to the one in Walmart. Candace is the sweetest and tries so hard.She works both stores. Read more
