We stopped by to get a frosty. It was not like the previous ones, they had frozen ice Crystal's in them making the frosts too... watery as they melted. Hope this is not going to be a permanent problem. Read more
Drive-thru is slow, the service is poor, most orders are incorrect or incomplete and quality of food suffers greatly and... unappealing at this Wendy's. I suspect poor management, poor employee training and poor work ethics in both. "I do notrecommend this Wendy's location at all" Read more
Terrible service, freezing cold in dining room, One of the Employee's had their kids running around out in dining room. Shame... because the food at Wendy's is really good. Just worst service ever! Filthy. Trash in the parking lot. Liquid from outside trash dragged across the floor in the order area. Dirty drink machine.... Condiment table was sticky. Ordered on the app, drove to the restaurant 10 min later. They had not even seen my order which washanging from the register. Staff was Totally Apathetic. If there was an option to give a rating of zero, then that's what I would've given them. The employee came through the speaker... of the drive-thru with an attitude and once we received our food, we were extremely disappointed. I ordered a junior baconcheeseburger biggie bag which I received with only the bread, patty, and cheese. My mother ordered a crispy BLT biggie bag inwhich her sandwich came with missing ingredients as well. This is a Wendy's that will never receive our business again! Read more
