Drive-thru is slow, the service is poor, most orders are incorrect or incomplete and quality of food suffers greatly and... unappealing at this Wendy's. I suspect poor management, poor employee training and poor work ethics in both. "I do notrecommend this Wendy's location at all" Read more
Terrible service, freezing cold in dining room, One of the Employee's had their kids running around out in dining room. Shame... because the food at Wendy's is really good. Just worst service ever! Probably be closed soon like the BK cause it had terribleservice also. Fast Food isn't rocket science. Dang just follow Chick-fil-a model. Read more
Filthy. Trash in the parking lot. Liquid from outside trash dragged across the floor in the order area. Dirty drink machine.... Condiment table was sticky. Ordered on the app, drove to the restaurant 10 min later. They had not even seen my order which washanging from the register. Staff was Totally Apathetic. Great French fries!! We always get the bacon cheese small order hamburger. Plenty enough, oh strawberry freeze great too.
Waited 15 minutes for food. One of the employees two kids were running around the dining area climbing on chairs and tables and... partitions with bare feet. One other guest had to tell them to settle down! They were out of control. We will never eat thereagain, we will go to Dothan or eat somewhere else! Read more
They?ll get the order right and it?ll be hot without a bad wait. Not slow but if you got somewhere to be or are a lil impatient... keep going. Me personally, I like it hot and fresh and don?t mind 5 to 10 mins in the drive through. Still a 5 star experiencefor me. Read more
If there was an option to give a rating of zero, then that's what I would've given them. The employee came through the speaker... of the drive-thru with an attitude and once we received our food, we were extremely disappointed. I ordered a junior baconcheeseburger biggie bag which I received with only the bread, patty, and cheese. My mother ordered a crispy BLT biggie bag inwhich her sandwich came with missing ingredients as well. This is a Wendy's that will never receive our business again! Read more
