Absolutely nasty! Should have known when we walked in the door and the trash bins were full to overflowing. No way would any... receptacle hold anymore trash. The workers looked put upon even being there. Ordered food anyways. It was cold. And there was noone there! Should have been piping hot. Just disgusting. If you're going to work there, then get a better attitude or workethic. Otherwise quit. It just makes the franchisee look lazy and incompetent if you're just hiring a warm body. I will not bereturning to that location. Just gross and honestly, I left there angry at the outright apathy displayed. Read more

I was so up to receive 3 cookies all in one clear lil sandwich bag and they was all broken up. The young guy when he gave them... to me told me that they was broken up and he handed it to me without a zaxbys bag just unprofessional. I mean when if some wasfor someone else and they didn?t wanna eat it right then. They should of been Im separate lil bags and put into a zaxbys bag.And they was cold to touch but it say freshly backed. I?m just going to contact corporate cause this is unacceptable. We like to get the things and wings with sauce on both. Usually even after we ask for that they only put sauce on the wings. ... Today they actually got it right. Out of the last 6 Southwest Salads, 3 did not have the Southwest salad dressing. The dipping sauce was substituted without... acknowledgment. It sucked. Otherwise, normally good. Tonight, however, I ordered online, since I'm at work, hoping to speedup the process. Unfortunately, with no notice, there is no curbside service, so I still had to sit in line behind 10 cars. HadI not already paid online, I would have just went somewhere else. The chicken wasn't even warm, tasted old and the toast tastedstale. The prepackaged ones at Walmart taste as good. They're cheaper and you don't have to sit in line for 20 minutes. Read more
