This is one of the locations that offer both Taco Bell and KFC. Nice to have a broader ingredient selection even though it... slightly limits menu choices for each restaurant. While the lighting at Clarksville Taco Bell is too dark, the Ozark locationhas more of a KFC decor. It has mostly windows a very open space inside and if you aren't getting take out you will notice, nohint of privacy. In post pandemic they wee slightly under staffed but staff was very personable. 21 minutes, at 6:15pm. Wow, that took way too long! The service was painfully slow, and they weren't really that busy! I... ordered chicken strips, fries, and a Taco - $12... and yet it still took way too long. The fries were Bakr overcooked. Thechicken strips lacked the requested sauces. But hey, the crispy taco was done right. The staff did throw in a few cookies toapologize for my long wait, which was a nice gesture. But during a 3 hour drive home after a long day, a 20+ minute delay wasn'tin my schedule. There were a handful of families eating (well, waiting to eat) and they were really friendly! Read more

Discolored water from the machine. Shift mgr not trained to handle complaints, tried to explain it away. And chicken was tasty... but TOUGH as overcooked shoe leather. Another customer said she had same problem. Won't go here again. Read more

I order a bag of tea and... its was not sweet at all I'm upset about it. Maybe next time make the tea sweet plz for me.

Absolutely the worst customer service all around. The GM is extremely rude and inconsiderate. She will argue with customers and... yell at them. They do not pay attention to details of special orders. I asked for corporate number and was told 1-800-tacobell.Wow. Definitely not impressed. Read more

I stopped at the Love's truck stop next door. Walked over to this establishment to get lunch and noticed a sign that informed... potential customers that their lobby was closed. I walked around to the drive up window and put my order in that way (onlybecause the other truck driver in front of me did so first.) I informed them of the spelling error on their window sign. Theemployee that took my order was very pleasant. Read more

There is no excuse that any employee couldn?t see that this was burnt before packaging it. Pure laziness. Do better.

I'm not gonna slam these folks because their customer service was pretty good (the lady greeted me very nicely). & during these... Covid-19 times I don't return my food nor am I gonna really go back & complain because 1.) I don't want a remake & 2.) I don'twant to fuss (not saying they would've, but you just never know these days) with anyone why I should get a refund. I just knownext time not to spend my money there. You can see for yourself the meat is raw. I drive for a living & shprs or rcvrs don'twant to hear why you were late, that's why I check my food. I didn't get to eat any of the wings because the first 3 I bite intowere all raw. No need to continue. Sad, because I was looking forward to eating some good KFC BBQ wings. However, I also ordereda 3 piece meal which came out good. Hit on 1 meal but a miss on the other. 50/50 Read more
