Ive have given them good reviews. They have changed great people with people whom have no personality. Just garbage woke... personnel. They still have good friendly folks here, yet you will need to learn their schedules of work. Still patronize them,just the customer service is all over the place. The pizzas and foot long sandwiches are great if the young man is working theshift when you buy. Good, not personable as it has been. Read more
Worst customer service I've had in a long time! Cashier mumbled something like 'Have a nice night' the instantly greeted... someone. Didn't offer me a receipt or anything, so once my card completed I asked if I'm good and she extremely rudely says'like I said, have a nice night' and she complained to the next customer because they put their card in too early. The place was clean. We were really well taken care of. Scott and Desiree treated us very kindly.
Ordered for delivery. Got charged a fee for delivery then for door dash to deliver it. Door dash never showed up. My husband had... to go pick up, pizza is cold, over an hour old and the employees didn't know how to refund. Read more

I been going to Caseys for almost 2 years now. And everytime i go in they are so rude. They act like im bugging them when i come... in. There is never a smile or a warming welcome. I tried to give it more chances but i always get the worst customer experienceand i worked at a gas station for 2 years. Never make the customer feel unwelcomed. Read more
