I?m so confused about the sub sandwich I got this evening. I asked for a BLT, no tomatoes and I wanted it toasted. I shopped... around for a bit, thinking that surely I could trust the employee to make a toasted BLT (no T) without any problems. Boy was Iwrong. I got home and the bread was soft, the cheese wasn?t melted but hey, at least the bacon was cooked. There was alsopepperoni and turkey added to my sub, which I?m guessing I paid extra for those two meats that I didn?t order and I didn?t evenget a receipt so I couldn?t return it or review it. My foot long only had two strips of bacon on it. I guess the employee didn?tknow what a BLT was. Read more

Last 4 times there has been no receipt paper at the pump, sure I?ll go wait in line behind 5 people for a receipt

8:30 Sunday morning. 15 people in line to pay. Cashier totally unaware of the line. Never did call for help. This location is... really bad about this. I go to the store across town because that store is run much better and is kept much cleaner. Read more

The breakfast pizza slices were huge and it made the dough super soggy and it also had gravy instead of cheese sauce which is... not what you're supposed to have on their breakfast pizza. Everything else was fine. Read more

I hate leaving bad reviews, but in this case I couldn't help it. The person who "helped" us had no idea what she was doing. She... was very confused on how to make the subs. We had to wait a good 10 minutes before we were even helped. She kept forgettingsteps on how to make a sandwich. Her name is Stephanie, please train her better. Update: Came back because it was the onlyCasey's open, and I still have yet to be helped. I've been standing here for about ten minutes. The company needs hire more people With proper work ethic than someone who just comes along to fill a slot. They need to invest... further training for their employees on how to keep the store clean and orderly. There?s never enough staff, there?s always longlines and there?s coffee grounds in the coffee half the time because they don?t empty them. There isn?t enough food out most ofthe time and a lot of people end up walking out because the food they went there to get isn?t there and they don?t want to waitBecause it is a convenience store and therefore the food should be convenient. That ice cream machine might get cleaned once amonth but not enough employees know how to work the machines in the building to clean them properly and take them apart muchless put them back together. There is so much to do around the store and due to budget cuts employees have lost their hours.Because they cut hours from the employees and don?t have enough staffing, employees don?t always get to take their breaksbecause they?re having to work twice as hard to get everything done for the next shift. Save yourself the trouble and gosomewhere that is clean and properly managed and where are you don?t have to worry about your food. Read more

They're getting a 5 Star Review even after not having Diesel fuel on hand for my truck. There Diesel tanks ran dry supposedly... and as big as this station is along with the only station open for that exit was this location. HOT doughnuts fresh out of theoven and the friendly staff working here made the experience a good one anyway. Thank You Read more
